Has anyone else had the following experience? I received three mobile calls then a message which said that I needed to update my address as my package could not be delivered .there was a link to ACS. ACS MESSAGE SAID…To have my package delivered they were asking for payment of 4.99 euros. There was a number for my package /order,which began with letter CP (nine numbers ) ending GR. Each time I read the link there was a different package number total 7 each starting and ending as above each time requesting 4.99. I called ACS they said that’s a Post office number . But why is ACS sending the message. ????????

Went to pick a package from the designated locker and they had a gate to be able to park where the locker is to pick the package... when I tried to get out, the gate wouldn't open automatically unless I paid.. NEVER SAW THIS IN ANY OTHER PLACE IN CYPRUS... IT IS A TRAP SET UP TO COLLECT MONEY FROM UNAWARE PEOPLE. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I had an appointment today 10.00 to 15.00 so they would come to pick up a parcel for return. I made the appointment through Skroutz. They are still not here

Terrible Larnaca Central service. Ignored closer shops (20m vs 5m trip). They refused my parcel just because the original faulty return went through a different ACS branch. Unhelpful and illogical.

What a rude company

Μακριά . Ένα γτ δεν με αφήνει για μηδέν η αρνητικό. Ότι χειρότερο, δεν παραδίδουν ποτέ και δεν υπάρχει καμία επικοινωνία ότι και να κάνεις , τηλέφωνα /email κτλ

Ich habe ein Produkt aus Griechenland bestellt aber dies wurde nicht nach Deutschland geliefert sondern direkt zum Händler zurückgeschickt.
Keine Antwort auf Rückfragen, der Händler vor Ort in Griechenland kann auch nichts machen und ist frustriert.
ACS Courier stiehlt lediglich Geld, aber erbringt keine Dienstleistung :(

Ein Foto des Einlieferungsbescheids mit Adresse liegt mir vor.

Update:
Inzwischen gibt es eine Antwort vom Service, der Absender hat den Inhalt des Pakets nicht deklariert, daher wurde es zurück geschickt.
Somit nimmt ACS also ein Paket und Bezahlung an ohne den Adressschein auf grundlegende Fehler zu prüfen! Als wenn jeder Privatnutzer ein Profi beim Ausfüllen komplizierter Paketscheine ist...
Nach meinen Rückfragen dazu gibt es seit 1 Woche keine Antwort mehr, also wohl auch keine Rückerstattung bzw eine kostenfreie erneute Zustellung...
Einfach traurig und zukünftig ACS meiden :)

package not delivered - impolite agent in the phone center

Just one delivery attempt, obviously late, and the parcel was sent back to the sender and on the next day impossible to return to me, the pseudocompany impossible to contact, one star is too many

Πηρα αδεια απο την δουλεια για να περιμενω την αποστολη και ο οδηγος εφτασε μεχρι κατω στην εισοδο και επειδη μιλουσα στο τηλεφωνο και δεν το σηκωσα, δεν βγηκε απο το αυτοκινητο να χτυπησει το κουδουνι. Χειροτερα απο δημοσιο

La peggiore esperienza della mia vita. Ho 60 anni e vissuto in buona parte d'Europa e del mondo. Lavorano non male, peggio. Non lavorano. Ho atteso una consegna dall' Italia. Vivo in campagna e non ho numero greco. Ho chiesto di lasciare il pacco dietro al cancello, non hanno voluto. Ho chiesto di inviarmi un messaggio tramite Viber, app molto usata da tutti in Grecia, non hanno voluto. Ho chiesto di inviarmi una mail appena il corriere si trovava davanti al cancello, non hanno voluto. Tutto perché non ho un numero greco. Pet cui la Merce è tornata in Italia e non ho nemmeno ricevuto il rimborso per la Poliy del mittente. Comunque vedo che non sono l'unica ad avere avuto un' esperienza negativa. Praticamente 99 commenti su cento sono 1. Se ci fosse stato zero lo avremmo messo tutti.

Οι οδηγοί συμπεριφέρονται αντιεπαγγελματικά. Δεν φτάνουν ποτέ στην πόρτα και βάζουν αιτία πχ δεν υπήρχε κανείς να παραλάβει, δεν υπάρχει κουδούνι κλπ κλπ…. Έχω κάμερα και τους έχω ενημερώσει για αυτό αλλά και οι άνθρωποι στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο είναι αγενείς και πολλές φορές κλείνουν το τλφ ενώ ο πελάτης δεν έχει τελειώσει την συνομιλία και δεν έχει πάρει απάντηση. Πώς να μην εξοργιστώ αφού έχω κάμερα και δεν έρχεται κανείς και βάζουν αιτιολογία που δεν ισχύει ; Σήμερα ο οδηγός στην δεύτερη προσπάθεια που απαίτησα στο τλφ κέντρο είπε έβρεχε και δεν κατέβηκα απλά κάλεσα (ΔΕΝ ΕΛΑΒΑ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΚΛΗΣΗ ΟΥΤΕ ΜΝΜ ΠΟΥ ΙΣΩΣ ΚΑΙ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΕΙΧΑ ΣΗΜΑ)….. είναι μια εταιρία που δεν είναι αξιόπιστη τέλος ….. πλέον όποιο κατάστημα συνεργάζεται με την acs απλά θα το αποφεύγω ….

The worst delivery company in Cyprus by far.

They came to my building to deliver a parcel, got out of the car and walked to the door, didn't bother to buzz the flat, and left an "urgent notice" that they were unable to deliver.

Had they attempted to actually deliver, they would have succeeded, as I would have let them in.

Furthermore, they are unreachable by phone, which is probably due to the fact that they are aware of their inability (or in this case unwillingness) to carry out the one service they offer, and would rather not have to deal with customer complaints.

Απαράδεκτοι !!! Κοροϊδεύουν στέλνουν μηνύματα ότι δεν βρήκαν τον παραλήπτη … απατεώνες !!! Μόνο κούριερ δεν είναι !!! Ντροπή τους !!!

I send a small and Light packet from Rhodes to Holland on 28thnof January, costs 53 euro!!, after now 14 days the package still is not delivered..no messages, no track and trace. I would not use again!

Η εταιρεία είναι ο ορισμός της ταλαιπωρίας και του "δουλέματος" των πελατών της. Είμαι παρών και το δέμα δεν παραδίδεται με αιτιολογία απών. Δέχομαι κλήση με μήνυμα " Παρακαλώ περιμένετε για να συνδεθείτε με τον διανομέα" και μετά από ένα λεπτό σιγής η κλίση τερματίζεται. Προσπαθώ συνεχώς να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά και μετά από 5 λεπτά αναμονής η κλίση απορρίπτεται. Έλεος ! ! Κλείστε την ή μετονομάστε την σε εταιρεία ταχυταλαιπωρίας !!

CS is a bit difficult to reach on the phone as you need to request a call back. They did call me back, Mrs. Silia, so polite and kind. She should get a raise.

There is no way to contact them. they never deliver on time. Items are missing. Avoid at all costs.

So many times it happened that we got a message from ACS that our package was delivered in Pylos. After a 14 km ride we have to face an impolite attitude from all of the individuals who are present behind the desk.
Stupid argument for not delivering at our house is that we are not on an official road. We life directly at the former national road. Epar. Odos Methoni- Evangelismos.
Why is the mainoffice not taking any action after soooo many negative reviews??
Please, can someone give me an alternative??
