This has to be the worst shipping service there. Lost packages, mixed up packages, constant delays. It's a joke that's not funny at all. I would give it a -0 or a big L for loser.

Speed X said they had no access for my delivery. Never ever have I had this mention before when I’ve ordered something from Temu. This courier sucks.

Does not get worse thatn that. False tracking claiming recipient was not present. Impenetetratable customer service.

Extremely unreliable. Will not ship out your package and will blame it on you for not following the “process”. What process could possibly be different than dropping the package off at a location that accepts speedex? All of my other packages were picked up and scanned properly at the same exact time I dropped off this package. Because they can’t get it together, I can’t get paid for selling my item.

I sent a package from Pylos, Greece, to the Netherlands on **30 May 2026**. It contained a **DJI Avata 2 drone worth approximately €1,200**. What should have been a normal shipment turned into a **five-month nightmare**.

After the package reached Athens, the tracking stopped updating. I contacted Speedex and DHL repeatedly, but nobody could give me a clear or accurate answer. I was constantly sent from one company to the other, received conflicting information, and had to make countless phone calls just to find out where my package was.

Eventually, I had to file a formal complaint with **EETT**. Speedex even officially declared the shipment lost and requested documents for compensation. I submitted everything, but then waited weeks without receiving a proper response or any clear information about the compensation process.

The normal customer-service employees were completely unable to understand the situation because their system showed incorrect shipment information. I had to repeatedly explain the entire case from the beginning.

After **five months**, numerous calls, emails, complaints and an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, the package was finally located and delivered.

The fact that I eventually received my package does not excuse this unacceptable handling. The tracking system, communication between Speedex and DHL, customer service and compensation process were all extremely poor.

**I strongly recommend avoiding Speedex if you want reliable delivery, accurate tracking and competent customer support.**

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for a package from Mikonos to Athens. No one ever called but I’ve been trying to call for the past 10 days to find out where my package is. I located it online. It’s still at speedex in Koropi. I call every day 10 to 15 times a day. No one answers the phone and then it just hangs up. I was lucky enough to reach a woman on the phone and she say Dstold me they would deliver the next day. They never did no phone call nothing they are the worst. I asked if my package is still there. The woman on the phone said she’ll call me right back to let me know. No one ever called back. I keep trying to call no answer. I will have to physically go to their location to pick up my package..

This is a carrier Temu uses, and my first experience was that my purchase was delivered to the wrong address; this week, the driver says they couldn't find the address. My address is correct on my order - so yes the other reviews are accurate ( missing packages, misdeliveries, and a lack of reachable customer support ). With all of the navigation apps - how could someone NOT find an address! And I am wondering if they were actually trying to find my address! I will not be ordering from TEMU again - this is too frustrating!

BY THE FAR THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER THEY HAVE ME SO UPSET I DONT EVER WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AGAIN…THEiR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE IVE WAITED 2+ hours to be disconnected on 3 times and then when I finally get thru the representative was unhelpful… my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday all day I waited at home for my package to be delivered never moved and their a ring camera to show it no one ever came stopped or attempted to reach out I wake up this morning to a failed delivery attempt but the delivery was never made so how is this possible .. when asking if my package can be picked up I was advised they don’t have a place for it to be picked up, they can’t tell me when my package will be delivered and i didn’t get anywhere with neither representative chat or live agent this is by far the worst delivery company and their delivery drivers need to be held accountable maybe pay them more than 1-1.60 a package and maybe they’ll prioritize making sure the packages are delivered without falsely updating deliveries knowing damn well they Never atrempted deliveries …. And I still have no update as to when my daughters school clothes will be delivered

Claimed to have made a delivery attempt but never did. And you can clearly see the package is still at the carriers location. This company is TRASH and should not be used!!!!

Got a delivery at 11:45 last night. Middle of the night. Scared the hell out of us, thought we were being robbed. This kind of "service" is inexcusable.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I will avoid companies and shops that deliver with them in the future. My package is still stuck in one of their points 20 km away from me, without them even bringing it to their shop close to my area. Their bit is USELESS and they unfortunately won’t answer the phone even if I have tried COUNTLESS times at all working hours. Always their lines are supposedly busy. I don’t believe they have any customer service reps, it is just a phantom service. Now I am worried that I will never receive.

This company or courier, so their website says, is a joke. Three companies I bought products from had to resend the product through a different courier like FedEx and I received the product in 2 days. Companies use this courier because of low cost, but are they really saving money when Speedex never delivers the product? I now ask companies if they ship with Speedex, if so, I don't buy the product...no way.

I paid for delivery, and now I get a viber message saying that if I don't want delivery to my home address, I can chose between a 24hr box delivery or a cleverpoint place delivery, BUT with an extra cost!!! They are the only ones charging extra for this when they should actually be offering a discount, since they will not have to deliver the package to an address!!! Tragic!!!

I just received a txt from this company,stating my order was delivered. I hv. Never ordered from them. They continue to do this

They hire absolutely the worst individuals. One package was thrown at the door and it was so loud my wife heard it from the back bedroom. Other packages have been left so far from the door that the package ends up soaked.

Worse delivery carrier I've ever used, seen. Drivers consistently throw my package in the grass/yard, 10 feet away from the front door.. Never happened with Amazon, ups, FedEx, etc. Wish these Chinese companies gave their delivery contract to another company. And speed never ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ask for delivery review because they know. ​​​​​​

HAD A DRIVER THROW MY PACKAGE OVER THE FENCEVINSTEAD OF BRINGING IT TO THE DOOR. THE YARD MAN ENDED UP DRIVING OVER IT.

Your "company?" Could only improve by getting out of the shipping business. Tracking info is a total joke. In my case it showed pickup only for 3 days and then put "delivery today" at the top of the tracking info. My experience is miniscule compared to all of the other comments...not 1 good post!
