Delivery driver tried to follow me through our security gate to my gated HOA. I stopped short to stop his entry, and said "we have security for a reason you have to use the call box." He responded "well, I'm trying to make a delivery (held up a package with the SpeedEx label) you don't have to be a d*** about it."
This escalated my attitude instantly....imagine that. We exchanged a few more words, the gate closed, and I drove away.

Καλά νά πάθουν, γιατί όι αντιπρόσωποι που τούς ανέβασαν ψηλά τούς πήγανε στα δικαστήρια και τούς έκλεψαν τή περιουσία τούς.
Τελικά όλα εδώ πληρώνονται δεν τούς λυπάμαι όπως έστρωσαν έτσι θα κοιμούνται.

Ειναι ψεύτες και ανίκανοι. Προτιμώ να εκπαιδεύσω ενα κοπάδι χελώνες να κάνουν παραδόσεις για μένα παρά να συνεργαστώ ξανα μαζί τους. Μακριά!!

last week a package was delivered to my work place (automotive repair) They drove by, opened a window and tossed the package out into a repair bay!!

No words, that company is the worst that ever existed

This delivery service is the worst. They always throw my packages on the ground outside they never use my delivery box per requested that is in my address and the box is sitting in front of my front door. The worst part about it is they take a picture of their guilt and when you try to complain to the company they do. absolutely nothing that's if you get in contact with anyone. I have had several packages stolen because they left my package in an inappropriate place instead of in the delivery box as I requested.

This is the worst company to every exist. My package has been out for delivery on 3 separate occasions and had yet to even have a delivery attempt. The chat bot is beyond useless tells you it will escalate your concern then nothing ever happens.

You cannot connect with a human their AI Chatbot is awful and runs you around in circles. I have updated my apartment number to all of my packages added a delivery instructions and all of them are ignored. Is a horrible company. I need someone to help me out my delivery address and there’s absolutely no way to talk to anybody. I’m about ready to lose my package because of them $300. 

Terrible company! They take for ever to deliver packages, they flat out lie about not being able to reach you at home, they break well packaged items by careless handling and they are very rude when you call them on the phone. It’s a shame that companies as such which have no respect for their customers still exist.

Your delivery service is not reliable at all. Packages are thrown anywhere without care, and your employees are very careless and lazy. My package has been stolen, and you could not even deliver it on time. What a waste of time. I am very disappointed with your delivery service. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. No proof of delivery or photo was provided either. This is not reliable service, and it seems my package has been lost or stolen. Your company also failed to deliver it on time. I expect you to investigate this issue immediately and help me find my package or provide a solution as soon as possible.

Unbelievable. Their drivers just leave without even knocking, customer service sucks (both their physical agents and their bot -because, hey, some entrepreneurs think that an AI agent can resolve all their inadequacies). These problems are chronic and have persisted throughout their network for years, a conclusion I have reached through my personal experience and the experiences of my circle all over Greece. Today was the last straw, I was in ALL DAY,my phone number WAS ON THE BOX and my order EXPLICITLY SAID the tag on the bell. But still, the driver wouldn't make an effort.

I can't believe that there are still merchants trusting this company, for God's sake.

This is the worst courier company in Greece. They send messages claiming that the recipient was not at home, even though he was there the entire time. Customer support never answers the phone, and the telephone number of the local branch handling the shipment does not even work. It is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had.

My delivery was throwed on ground near my drive way and I have picture to prove. This is unacceptable. If I had not come home lord knows when I would have found it this was today. 4/28/36

Worst courier in Greece. Usually they claim, that your adress could not be found but it already also happened, that the driver called to ask where you are- even so your adress is printed on the package- you tell him, where you are and he says 'Oh, I'm here and here (a place ~ 2km away from where you are) so I'll bring it some other day because I've to go somewhere else now..' It also happened already, that they've been sending one package back and forth between two of their offices and.

If I could rate lower, I would. Speedex misdelivered a package literally placing it at a gate with an address different than mine and took a photo. I am currently awaiting a delivery due yesterday and shows it being in my small city out for delivery. It was not delivered and NOW delivery has been pushed out 3 days. WHY?!!!! Worst delivery and customer service EVER!! Nothing but s chat bot.

Unjustified delay in delivery, lies about the movement of the item, charging for services I did not receive.

Courier left my package on the side of the house, in the grass and IN THE RAIN. No customer service, just a BOT.. Garbage company

speedex is the worst delivery company. delivery drivers are all package thieves. in my old apartment they delivered my package twice in a row, took the photos and then took my package back. I moved it's the same thing on April 5th they delivered it to me and do the same scenario take the photos and take the package back, yet I have never lost a package from another company even if they deliver my package in the morning I come home in the evening my package is always in front of my door because there is security in front of the gate no one can enter without identifying themselves. only speedex delivery drivers who always steal my packages. for contacts it is very difficult. very bad company..

Your delivery drivers are a lazy bunch of people. I've had my deliveries delivered at locations not listed as where the packages were delivered to. Twice, driver stated at front door when they were actually thrown on the ground at my mail box (which is located at the road) with I piece balanced on to of the mailbox. Another time was actually thrown in my driveway for anyone not to see it and run over it and another time thrown beside my vehicle. None of which ended up on the front porch as stated by driver.

They are just shit.
