I’ve been receiving treatment from Duncan for over a year now for management of pain associated with arthritis and hypermobilty/EDSH and other associated issues that arise as part of this and menopause… it’s been a really helpful tool that has helped my whole system not just the management of pain .. Duncan is great, friendly and warm with a very calm and gentle manner. His studio in Lee is also clean and peaceful. Highly recommended

I’ve been seeing Duncan at AcuBody Therapies in Holborn for the last few months, to help with a complex and chronic pain issue, that I’ve been suffering with for the past 8 years. A historical ankle injury that has led to misalignment, knee pain, torn hip cartilage, back pain, trapped nerves. The lot! It’s been a long and frustrating journey, but Duncan has been a true game-changer in my recovery.
He brings a fantastic combination of skills. Acupuncture, myofascial massage, targeted strengthening exercises, and a deep understanding of how the body compensates under strain. Rather than just treating surface symptoms, Duncan has helped me address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction.
He’s also helped get my nervous system out of a constant fight-or-flight mode. Something I didn’t even realise was affecting my healing. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my everyday movement, less pain overall, and I finally feel like I’m moving toward long-term recovery and a better quality of life.

I’ve struggled my entire adult life with tension culminating to profound physical pain. It became so normal to me I largely adapted and just lived in a constant state of discomfort. In 2 sessions I was 80% healed and without the acuity of the pain, I was able to carry on home exercises and daily adjustments to make incremental progress. I am so very grateful to Duncan. Duncan is an exceptionally sourced therapist with a holistic approach. He thoroughly assessed my injury, pain source, and posture. He used a hollistic approach to treat my sciatica and serratus and provided me with a set of video exercises from a reliable source. Doing the exercise empowered me to solve a long unresolved pain.
