I used ADK over two years ago to buy a property and they were exceptional. Move on to 2025 and I have just sold a property last week again using ADK - speedy and hassle-free (at a very good price as well).

ADK Law is a brilliant resource. We saved £1500 on selling our house.Admittedly we were only selling not buying.
Communications from ADK Law were quick and consistent, Gurpreet dealt with our case competently and efficiently. Our buyers solicitors commented how efficiently ADK Law worked.

Tom Ellor at ADK has acted a few times for me now and is always excellent in the level of service provided. I get regular updates over the phone and via email and he has been proactive in keeping things moving.

My experience with ADK was unfortunately not the best. From getting my mortgage offer it took 7 months to complete. As a first time buyer this was an extremely stressful situation and it was extremely difficult to get hold of the solicitor assigned to me. I had to get an extension on my mortgage due to lack of paperwork and communication from my solicitor. For paying £2,500 I expected better and if it wasn’t for my persistence as well as the estate agents I probably wouldn’t have completed the exchange seeing as it was left to the day before my offer became invalid. My solicitor was called Lucy but I barely spoke to her as she didn’t answer emails or phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend ADK to anyone I know after the experience I had with them.

As a first time buyer whose property fell under the BSA rules many conveyancers would not take on my purchase and I also needed a speedy completion as a priority due to crossover times. I initially instructed another company but after one week it was clear they were not up to the task, so after further searching I went with ADK. I honestly could not fault the experience, especially compared to the stories many of my friends have had. Jinni who was my conveyancer was simply fantastic. Communication was always in play and responses and questions quickly replied to and despite some bumps linked with the leasehold (which Jinni was great at supporting with) we completed in around 15 weeks which has amazed others I’ve spoken to who have had a similarly complex apartment purchase like mine. Would fully recommend and a Thankyou to Jinni and those involved.

Very professional, efficient and made the whole experience feel very seamless. Would highly recommend Tom who handled our home purchase. He kept us up to date with the process and was available whenever we emailed/ called. Thank you ADK Law.

I first used ADK Law in April 2023 to buy/sell a leasehold property and again recently, December 2024, to process buying a first property for my son.

In 2023 Lucy Rodrigues was excellent and made the whole experience trouble free up until day of exchange contracts when unfortunately the chain collapsed due to the forward chain vendor changing his mind.
Lucy did everything possible to advise potential options for us going forward but unfortunately our buyer then decided to pull out of the chain and the sale never went ahead.
Despite no 'final conclusion', through no fault of Lucy and ADK Law, they had completed all works, searches, lease review etc possible in very quick time .
Recently (Dec 2024) used ADK again when my son bought his first home (a leasehold property).
Lorna Speakman was lead conveyancer and did a brilliant job.
Completed the whole process (from initial appoinment to exchange contracts) within 8 weeks.
Her communication was exemplary answering all queries straight away, regularly advising on progress, and informing us on any cause of minor delays (eg: awaiting replies for vendors solicitor)
Lorna's professionalism made the whole process as stress free as possible.
I would highly recommend both Lorna and ADK Law and will no doubt use them again when we do eventually try selling our own property again next year.

William Speakman has been very supportive and persistent in chasing the buyer's solicitors. They also communicated well with our estate agent throughout the process, making it efficient and smooth.

ADK facilitated the purchase of my 2nd property and were the one of the few companies which would take on my case because it was a high rise building. I can't thank these guys enough! Tom E was my solicitor and did an incredible job! This was not the easiest transaction because of the new legislation which has being put in place regarding fire safety but through perseverance and hard work Tom made the transaction happen. Thanks a million guys, I would strongly recommend using ADK Law. I certainly will be using them again.

I used ADK Law for my conveyancing when buying my first house and couldn’t recommend them enough. I unfortunately had two purchases fall through before I completed on the third, but I continued to use ADK for all of them as they provided a great service. Lorna Speakman worked on my case and was brilliant, I never had to call and chase, she replied to all my emails within minutes and always kept me in the loop. She was great advising me on things I wasn’t sure on as a FTB. Would definitely use again.

Had no issue with anything they did. Always got a response to an email within a couple of hours and the whole process was qiuck , easy and smooth.
This on the back of the previous online conveyancers we had recently used that were really slow and we were kept in the dark for days

We were skeptical using a firm we haven’t used before and also at a slightly higher cost however ADK was recommended by our agents so we decided to go for it and this was a great idea from the off. The whole purchase was 8 weeks from offer to completion and Tom Ellor could not have been more helpful and efficient if he tried. He was lovely and very good at what he does. We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use ADK again.
