I recently bought a flat through Adrians. From first contact by telephone, through the viewing with Ray and the long wait for exchange and completion, they kept me in the loop all the time. Indeed Katherine liaised with my solicitors so often that she spared me a lot of extra stress. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making a difficult time that much easier.

We made an offer on another bungalow and was accepted then our buyer pulled out which wasn't our fault and fell through only to get a solid buyer on ours again and thought we could secure the bungalow but they accepted another offer which was upsetting for my wife who's been through alot of pain lately and can fully understand why they did...anyhow Nigel has been great throughout and wish the other buyers the best of luck

Great. Would recommend. Me and daboiz loved it- I would give Adrian’s 67 stars if I could. Only complaint is that the MANGOEZ and MUSTAAAARD- were out of stock, and when I asked Adrian where they were he didn’t explain his friend group. Big let down. But overall, I would recommend Adrian’s. Bring 41-69 friends if you ever go. The eefoc here is absolutely amazing. They do haircuts there that cost a quarter. Please come here and show the bebehz support just as me and my 41 friends did. ❤️🥭❤️

me and the boizzz went to buy a 67 mansion and explained our friend group to Ohio and during the open house they offered us BEANZZZ and mango but only up to 6-7 slices then they gave us sum pennies and then one of the people at the open house offered us a barber shop haircut that cost a quarta😂 but overall a 6/7 Ohio diddyblud exprience🥭 🪙🥀❤️‍🩹6️⃣7️⃣🤡😈

Rude unprofessional. Even turned where I worked and had a go at me.

We were with Adrians for a short while but moved agents because they weren't sending anyone around.
I have just noticed that our house is still on their website with a sold notice on it. If they have sold our property I would like to know who to as we are unaware
Not very honest to make it look like they have sold a property when they haven't. I would steer clear.

Adrians came highly recommended by a neighbour who had an excellent experience selling their home with them. True to form, Adrians provided exemplary service throughout the entire process of handling my sale. Nigel, Katherine, Dan, Ray, Gary, and Toby became like family during the four months between listing my property and completion.

I was kept fully updated every step of the way, and the team worked tirelessly, chasing everything up and pushing the sale through to completion. Katherine, in particular, was outstanding in explaining the selling and buying procedures I knew nothing about, putting my mind at ease whenever I had concerns. The team provided very honest advice from the start, asking about my goals for the sale. They took the time to explain my options, listened to me, and completely understood that selling was about achieving something meaningful. They recognised that moving home can be a very stressful process and that it was far more than just a transaction to me. Adrians always gave straight and honest answers, never making false promises, even when their opinions were not necessarily what I wanted to hear - just like family. They empowered me to make informed decisions and never acted without discussing with me first.

Everyone at Adrians was well-informed from start to finish, ensuring fantastic communication with my solicitors. They listed my property very accurately and honestly, and were honest with potential purchasers at viewings, avoiding any potential misunderstandings with interested buyers further down the line. They also got to know and were also very supportive of my buyer, looking after them exceptionally well. Adrians demonstrated extensive knowledge about all aspects of property, far exceeding my expectations of an estate agent.

In short, Adrians delivered an outstanding trustworthy experience, supporting me fully throughout. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
