I bought a coffee maker, model BCM2316.
On the coffee maker, for a budget machine I found it quite excellent. All parts worked well, and their use was intuitive. The icons on the screen are very pretty, but personally I found them a little small to read. I blame my aged eyes!
Now, customer service. I carelessly broke the hopper and it was jammed in place. After e few emails, they offered to send me a replacement machine. Remarkable! Never have I encountered such caring and helpful service.
My new machine is now working well, and I'm being careful with the hopper.

I purchased a coffee maker that had an electrical issue after using for 5 months. Contact Airsmen and that shipped. replacement stait to the house. Very much appreciated.

Etwa ein Jahr nach Kauf einer Tischspülmaschine stellte sich ein Fehler ein, der die Kontaktaufnahme zum Hersteller erforderlich machte. Das tat ich auf Deutsch und bekam bereits einen Tag später eine fundierte und ausführliche Anleitung auf Deutsch. Mein Maschinchen läuft wieder einwandfrei, und ich bin über den schnellen Service sehr zufrieden. Das hat Vorbildcharakter!

Would not back the warranty, which, by the looks of it, is very common. Awful customer service. No customer call back... I found out they were not honoring the warranty ONLY when I reached out to them again!

Super customer service! Response time was prompt and very helpful. My problem was quickly solved and to my satisfaction :-)

I bought an airsmen, SHL-23B, food waste disposer a year and a half ago. Worked great up until a few months ago when it stopped working. Inquired with customer support and they had me troubleshoot it with no results. I was then asked to provide all my purchase info along with a video showing the issue I was having. I never got a response regarding a resolution. I called several times inquiring and was told it hadn't been resolved yet. Finally I called today, after more than a month, and was told my warranty had expired and the product was discontinued.
I asked if someone was going to let me know this and all I got was a sorry, is there anything else I can help you with. UGH.... Never again... If you see the name Airsmen on something... Just say NO....

My dishwasher worked very well for nearly 12 months. One day I tried to put a wash on and the panel simply did not light up and there was a constant beeping. I’ve sent several emails to Airmsen customers service on the last few months and I only get promises, but no solution. Their after sales is inexistent. I will need to take them to court to make them do what they suppose to do. I have a disability and need the dishwasher to be able to cope easily with my daily routine and have been struggling without it. Stay away from this company if you want to have an efficient after sales support.
