Good experience on our ride to O'Hare airport, nice driver, got there on time. They noted our return date & time information and told us where we should wait when we got back. We arrived back ahead of time & waited in the specified spot but no one came. 30 minutes after our pick up time we called the number on our confirmation form & followed prompts to talk to driver directly--number was not in service. Called the second number on our form & talked to someone in another state who said it happens sometimes & try again--number not in service. Called affiliated hotel where car was parked, after 20 rings the person said she'd transfer call to front desk. After 20 rings, the on hold music started--after 8 minutes of that we called hotel back, no answer. We called an Uber. Total time wasted standing in the cold 1 and a half hours. A follow-up phone call the next day told us the shuttle service is not guaranteed. Just the parking spot. Yet they advertise it as being part of the package. Very deceptive advertising! Would not recommend this company.

Overcharge!!! Flight was delayed so attempted to change times by 3hours and they charged $20 more, then when early enough to didn’t need extension would not refund any!! Ho to real airport parking, you will save money!!!

I parked at Hampton Inn BOS recently. I dropped off my car on the day of my departure and it felt very "off" to me as I was asked for my car keys, which has never been requested at past long term parking experiences. As I had an international flight to catch, I did give them my keys after being told that they might need to move the car in the parking lot. The next day I checked the location of my car and it had been moved off site from the Hampton Inn to another location. It stayed at that remote location until the evening before I flew back and was then moved back to Hampton Inn.

As far as I can see I did NOT give permission for my car to be removed from the facilities that I paid to have my car parked at. There is nothing I can find saying that I authorized or agreed to this moving of my car. This is a violation of my trust in Way, Airports parking.com and the company who manages the on-site parking. If they planned on moving my car it should have been stated clearly and I would have not chosen this parking lot. I am very upset about this.

In addition, in going through my car after getting home, I noted that whoever was in my car went through everything in my glove compartment, area between the front seats and through my trunk as I keep things in a certain order and they were all out of order. I'm assuming someone was looking for money or other things of value, of which there wasn't any but this makes me even more upset as this is a violation of my property and trust.

Obviously I am VERY angry about what happened.

My assumption was that if they were offering off site airport parking, they would have a shuttle service. That’s where I was mistaken. Beware that is not always the case.

The customer service department lacks any real knowledge of the local locations. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time on this company. Pathetic.

made a reservation and received confirmation. at the hotel they said they were oversold and turned me away.

I booked and paid in full for Bristol airport Silver carparking through Easyjet, inputting the flight numbers and dates.

I arrived around midday for a 14;30 departure.

The check-in system claimed I owed £20. I queried this at the information desk where staff entered a well rehearsed routine that I owed £20 because the booking to Sat 00:00 11 May meant Fri midnight, not Sat midnight, for a flight due Sat 16:30.

I asked for a manager, a member of Operations came and agreed with me, Sat 00:00 meant midnight Sat. The information desk was adamant that I owed £20. I asked to again to speak to a manager, J Mukuska arrived and immediately attempted to convince me that 00:00 Sat meant Fri midnight. I was given the options of paying £20 or £50 upon return or moving to Short Stay at £235.

I was so angry at this attempt at extortion, worthy of a fly-by night, off site parking operation that I removed my car to seek alternative parking and missed my flight.

This is a scam! Do not use this website to look for parking. They give you lowest price to lure you in. They use the same name as official BWI long term parking whe in fact this is lot outside on privete property. They ask you double the charge from what you already paid online. When you try to cancel they tell you that time already started and you can’t cancel it. It is total sleazy scam.

I made a reservation, never received a confirmation email, then spent more than 45 minutes on hold trying to resolve the issue.

They as scammers... I just lost my money... never received a confirmation email. They don't answer phone nor emails!! SCAMMERS!!

Another ripped off customer here. I use their service. I went to the hotel they sent me to and the hotel said they had no spots available to to call Way. So, I did and I was on hold for almost 2 hours to get another spot. I could not wait any longer with a flight to catch. So I had to park elsewhere. I emailed them and they told me to send a receipt of where I parked, so I did. But because it didn't have the total I paid for the parking, which was cheaper than them, they would not refund me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off if they get a chance. You can call the hotels around the airport directly and most will have a park and ride service, and you will pay less than using these guys. And they go by MANY names, the one that comes up the most is "cheapest airport parking"...which is a lie to begin with. DONT USE THEM. You have been warned

Did not get a confirmation email in my inbox or junk box.

There is no way to contact the company via phone as they only provide email. You never get a confirmation number so there is no way to get a refund either. Lost money. Scam.

Unlike most of these reviews, I did receive a confirmation from this company for my parking reservation. When I got to the parking place, they apparently had changed owners since I had made the reservation. They sent me next-door to the motel six who they said was handling the reservation I had, the Motel 6 sent me back next-door to them saying that’s where I should park my car so I had to stand there while the two people argued about who was supposed to take my car . Very nerve-racking when you’re trying to catch a flight finally, Motel 6 agreed to take my car for the voucher while the shuttle service was provided by the company. I was originally supposed to park at with a different owner. This whole process left my feeling very uneasy during my vacation, when we returned, I called the number I was given by Motel 6 to get the shuttle to retrieve us from the airport. We waited for 30 minutes no shuttle. I called back this time. The person took my ticket number and again said to wait where we had been waiting And they would send a shuttle so after 45 minutes total I did get a shuttle we did retrieve our car personally I would never use them again. I did try to call the number listed on my confirmation to tell them that the company has changed hands that they are sending people to, but the queue is so long to wait. It’s not even worth it , just I’m standing at the airport trying to get in touch with them or the parking lot

When I booked my parking it said free shuttle from 7 am to 11pm. It even said that in my confirmation email. The shuttle stopped running at 10 pm and left me stranded at the airport with my son late at night. When I called I was told it's not there problem shuttle times may vary and to pay for a cab. I spent alot on my vacation and did not have money set aside for a taxi. When I called the hotel they said that had been there shuttle time for over a year that I booked through a 3rd party website to complain to them and get an Uber. This is awful

Buyer beware! Complete fraudulent refund policy!
Booked a reservation for a week long parking space at the Denver Airport Double Tree. As per their cancellation policy I cancelled via online prior to the reserved time. Their policy states a full refund is provided. I was suspicious when completing the cancellation I hit send and it immediately said it was received but, that received notice disappeared immediately. It disappears so fast I couldn't get a picture. I even cancelled a second time with the same immediate disappearance of the acknowledgment.
After a very long wait and two disconnects I spoke with an agent. I waited while she checked with the hotel to verify that I did not use their lot. Disconnected again. I called again and she stated the hotel had no paperwork to verify my claim. The hotel requires you to fill out paper work before leaving and in order to ride their shuttle, so of course they had no paper work because I never used their lot. Surprisingly, she asked me why I cancelled, like that would matter.
Interesting how they provide no negative reviews on their website.

This company appears to be a scam

I purchased a parking pass for the Las Vegas Airport this month. I didn’t receive a confirmation, so I had to jump through hoops to talk to a human. The confirmation was then emailed. I was told that all instructions are on the confirmation page and to talk to the hotel about parking. If anyone has been to Las Vegas, they know that the hotels are casinos and finding an employee is difficult. Ultimately, there was no designated parking spot that we paid for and there was no hotel employee to call the shuttle to take us to the airport. We purchased a ticket with zero shuttle number or parking spot. I had to waste the money and park at the airport after all so I didn’t miss my flight.

This is a complete scam. Do NOT use. You will NOT receive an email confirmation and calls go unreturned.

I have yet to receive a confirmation code or an email. I have emailed them twice and do not know how else to get a hold of them. They charged my card. If i don't hear back soon I'm going to dispute the charge and they wont get my business again!
