I bought a gun that had some issues after I put about 150 rounds through it. AirsoftGI took it back, fixed it and send it back. I am very happy with the rifle. I have placed another oder with AirsoftGI and I plan to purchase more from them in the future.

Website is good and shipment was fast. But when I asked a follow up question about the gun I felt a little brushed off.

Good prices, the staff treated me with respect and my product was what I truly wanted. Keep up the good work.

The service was great online for pre ordering the Glock 17. Service at Virginia store not so much. One of the guys there was not very helpful. Did what he was suppose to do and never went out of his way to sell or promote the sport. Talked to some guys at the field and they said similar comments. Plus the store didn't have much in the way of tactical gear.

I have ordered many items from GI Airsoft over several years . I think their prices are very competitive. They have great deals on hundreds of items every month, and their holiday specials are awesome! If I have a problem with an item I can call their customer service line an they always take care of the issue. I highly recommend gi Airsoft to any new an veteran players . I love airsoft gi‘s collection of airsoft guns and equipment but making certain things not shipping code friendly does kind of upset me.
