Good quality products at a great selection!

Horrible, very upset with this place. Bought a $300 gun from here & it was defective. Never worked. Still waiting on my return/refund!

Um the delivery was speedy but I’ve ordered from them multiple times with multiple peices missing and I’ve used my new laser sight once no drops new battery and it’s broken so I’m iffy on them

Ordered kwa vm4. Got a free gift like every order and it was a new handguard/rail that I was planning on getting later. More than satisfied.

Good prices and great customer support. Will continue to do business without hesitation.

I received my Glock 17. I love the feel and look of the gun. The only problem is when I’m shooting, it doesn’t shoot a BB everytime. I think the BB’s keep getting jammed in the mag. Everytime I take the mag out, the BB’s aren’t at the top of the mag. I have to play with the spring a little to let them up.

You guys certainly have a lot of stuff, the problem is your return policy really sucks. The deliveries were slow and we had problems with the gun not working when we got it. When I called to ask about it you said I had to watch a video and try to fix the problem. I didn't feel I had to watch a video to try and fix it myself it was up to you to happily take it back and straighten the problem out with repairing it or returning it. Finally after numerous heated phone calls you agreed to take it back. It took another month after you "looked at it" for me to call and ask about it again and you finally said the gun was in perfect shape and you would refund my money. It took another month before you said I would get my money returned. After another several more months I contacted my credit card company they straightened the problem out and I received my money.
Would I deal with AirsoftGI again? Not me, there are too many respectable airsoft companies to deal with.

Gun shipped in good condition and operated perfectly. Went with a dozen friends who all dropped in 150 to 200$ range and they wanted my gun (Lancer tactical Gen 2 M4 Keymod Grey). Highly recommended from a beginners standpoint.

Product was not as advertised. They changed the contents of the combo without updating their website. I would have not purchased it if this was the case. We have been going back and forth for about a week and I feel that they will deliver. However, a week to resolve the problem is too long and the issue itself will still not be fully rectified, and I'll have to spend some more to solve the problem. I feel that their customer service can't do much and have to contact a supervisor for approval for anything. It's close to a grey area where I rather just return the product and not deal with it. But since this is a "blowout" product, I can't request an RMA. I plan on minimizing my future purchases from them where I can.

Ordered an AEG but did not receive what I ordered. Called and was told that a call tag would be sent so that the wrong AEG sent could be returned and then the correct AEG ordered would be shipped. It’s been three weeks now and still no call tag! To make matters worse I have an AEG that is a lot less money than what I paid for. Will not ever buy from these guys ever again!!!!

Good products and great selection. My only complaint would b shipping costs. They r always insanely high no matter what u purchase. I was getting charged 20-30 dollars for something so small it would have cost me 5 dollars to ship myself. I have actually had multiple items in my cart on different occasions and did not finalize the order because shipping was too high. Ended up buying elsewhere and saving 30 dollars on shipping

I mostly have enjoyed my experience with AirsoftGI. There are great deals too. That being said, any mystery gifts I have gotten have been patches or a t-shirt. I understand it's a chance but I ordered 3 for the $5 mystery box and two days before AirsoftGI did the whole mystery gift week I had placed orders, not knowing that two days later the mystery week would begin. I'm satisfied for the service, dissappointed in the lack of communication for upcoming deals.

I have had some flukes with Airsoft GI in the past, but they made great efforts to correct them. My favorite thing about Airsoft GI is that I can order something and ship via ground and have it arrive the same time it takes a 3day to arrive from that other major CA based retailer.

Overall, the products were very satisfying and were of good quality. They have lasted me since I ordered them with no damage whatsoever. They need a better sizing system however because living in the US means ordering something like ATACS is a shot in the dark as to what size. It's not that difficult post the leg length and sleeve length; it should be done. Other than that I was satisfied with the website layout, I never had to contact customer support, and my order arrived when it was supposed to.
