Airsoft GI has reputable knowledge of all things invloved in airsoft. Great customer service and a huge selection. However, that being said, the mystery boxes. Are they really worth the lack of free shipping or discounts? Paying $200 for a box with shipping and getting a gun valued at $169 with freeship. Not cool. Additionally, many times I've seen the higher tier mystery box prizes go on sale shortly after if almost not immediately after the box hits basically for the same price as the box. Once again, not cool. My two cents. I've always shopped primarly with Airsoft GI and will continue to do so in the future, as they are probably the most reputable company in the market.

Spending extra on expedited shipping does not insure that your product will leave their warehouse any faster.

One of the guns I bought came with a broken high cap magazine and the bbs it came with were busted open in the box. A rail grip was also missing.

Overall my experience with airsoft GI was good. They were friendly, informative and remembered me when I called back. There was one thing that I wish would have gone differently. I had requested to have my order shipped second day air and specifically requested it and when I called to confirm it the order had been changed to ground. The excuse I was given was that all orders are shipped in the order they are received. If that is really the case then why does overnight and second day shipping exist at all? I did receive my order but it was much later than I had planned.

Website is a little difficult to navigate, but it has all the detailed information you need. Just takes time to find it. Ordering process is clumsy and cumbersome, and the shipping cost is outrageous. $13 shipping for a $8.50 item that weighs a few ounces... that's crazy, and I won't do it again.

I was ableb to buy a gun I have always wanted with the option of Affirm and I'm super happy about it. I got a free gift, free shipping, and a $10 coupon to boot! This was my first purchase with GI and I certainly feel it won't be the last. Everything was smooth and easy and the customer service was excellent. Keep up the good work!

This company sent me a pistol that had a defective magazine. I contacted their customer service and now it is two weeks later and I still cannot use my pistol. They've made minimal attempts and even try to replace my magazine with one that was insufficient. The shipping costs are horrible. Customer service failed

When my gun arrived I was very happy that it included an extra magazine, a speed loader, and a foam lined plastic case. These items were not mentioned on the website description so I was surprised to get them. The gun is powered by greengas, not CO2 cartridge. The gun is very realistic, has an open breech, and the slide can be removed for cleaning. I'll buy again from AirsoftGI (especially since they have a store in Richmond VA.)

Ordered a gift , was pending for a few days , sent an email to support , been told precessing takes 1-3 days, a week later order still pending , contacted support , asked to cancel order .... still pending

Got my item very quickly and game in very nice condition. Was a little mad I got a dead rag as a free gift.

We got our order on time was not happy when we had a issue with it right out of the box , called and ask the place which is airsoft gi...told them the issue with the safety being stuck we thought since we have never owed this type of airsoft gun and yes they told us who to call but when we called the next place who repairs the guns told them the issue you would think when explaining the issue they would tell u it wasn't a issue with the safety it's like that till u load it no info in box on that issue would have wasn't time sending back if not for u tubing it we would have wasted money sending back thanks for no info and they sale and repair guns

Airsoft GI has responsive customer interaction that I've thoroughly enjoyed more than their competitors.

I purchased an event ticket to bb wars: dragon’s nest at D14. The game itself was great, couldn’t ask for a better AO however the event itself was poorly run. It was not done accordingto the itinerary posted on airsoft gi’s website. Time of play to registration was all off time. The biggest thing that ruined it for me was airsoft gi’s lack of clarification and/or action about elite force’s representative who gave out the giveaways. Long story short, the representative had to leave much earlier than expected and I felt the notice for that wasn’t given out to us or updated with airsoft gi to the customers. Therefore, those who followed the itinerary (i.e. me), missed outvthe giveaway because no one decided to notify me of moved up schedule. Poor organization.

The only reason I'm giving the four stars is because for the free mystery item they sent a medium t-shirt and that does not fit me way too small. Other than that good prices good timely fashion of delivery.
