be careful with this company now, it used to be a good company now they changed, I been with them for about 10 years as a motor trader, now this year premium I paid in full in May now in September they ask photos of my cars location and the put my limit to only 3 cars. I never had this issue. They didnt even tell when I paid now they told me and I asked for cancellation amount they taken more than half for 4 months insurance. I am taking this further. Be careful they will call you and push you so much to cut you down

my insurance office was acquired by this company, and customer service went from weak to non-existent. all my reps left, i have no heard from any replacements so i have no idea whom to contact with questions or for renewals. it's been way too long to have this total blackout and no idea how to proceed on policies. so far, this is a terrible company with zero service standards, and i expect there will be no assistance at all if i have a covered loss.

I started with Crombie Stephens Circa 1980. The provided excellent service. They then became Crombie Lockwood. Again, good service, though not quite as personal. Then along came Gallaghers and I thought "Uh oh". However, I have to say that the service has remained high and possibly improved on Crombie Lockwood.

Documents well laid out, easy to understand and Ross explained changes. It was a renewal, overall insurance still too expensive, but at least this is professionall expensive.
