She was patient and informative and seemed more than happy to help us with more aspects than I’d expected from such a service. A very positive experience.

Jason has been so helpful. He worked till late as the new rates were coming in next day to secure us the best rates. All his hard work helped me quite a lot, his response time was commendable.

Highly knowledgeable advisors with great customer service through the entire process

He followed up my case closely, contacted the lender, keeping everything going up, made sure all the necessary documents were submitted to the lender in a timely manner. Hi had such a hard time with securing my mortgage and being let down afew times by lenders but thankfully I was recommended Alexander Hall and their mortgage broker Bradley Lodge and I couldn’t be happier. He was able to appeal my case to when needed extra help getting approval and I’m now able to get my dream home

Myself and my husband were a little lost in applying for our first mortgage, and Molly and Lucy were helpful, kind and incredibly dedicated throughout the process. They were able to consider some complex employment circumstances, and it felt like they really championed us throughout the process. They kept us informed promptly at each stage of the application and with all of our many questions throughout, and even when things didn't go our way with a property valuation, they were able to give us informed advice. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in future.
