He didn't just flag potential concerns, he always brought a solution to the table. If it wasn't for his thoughtful guidance and constant chasing at every step, I would have lost my chance to get it. My deepest respect for Will goes beyond his work. Having worked for 38 years, I can tell the difference between people who work just to get a job done, and those who work humanely, kindly, and whole-heartedly.
