The coach driver Neil was great he was very informative about the locations we were going to, he made us feel comfortable and got us to places safely, The Staff at the hotel made us feel warm and welcome. The room we had to sleep in was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable.
Linda who served us our meals was really lovely and looked after us well.
It was lovely that the staff laid out our table with a birthday table dressing and also the waiting staff sang happy birthday and gave me a birthday cake

The hotel was nice with spacious bedrooms and showers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our coach driver was a young man called Keiren and he couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Very impressed with holiday and price was a great deal . We will be booking another trip with you .

Very well organised journey both ways, good trips out. A friendly helpful driver, Simon. Friendly staff in the hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable nice food Hotel tired and quite shabby in parts especially the corridors. More seating needed outside the hotel with a designated smoking area away from the other tables and entrance door. More bar staff needed Sanka was brilliant, so hard working always with a smile but the poor girl was run off her feet working solo every evening serving ,clearing tables changing barrels, sorting the bingo. Overall a great holiday and will definitely go with Alfa again

Our hotel in Gt Yarmouth,proved to be a great base to see more of this lovely county.
The hotel itself is a little dated,after saying that the facilities were great,comfortable beds etc,and excellent meals.
All the staff were brilliant.
Our coach driver Callum made the long journey down and trips all the more enjoyable and he was also very informative.
The trips out were excellent.
It was our first holiday to this part of the country.
Clearly a lot more for us to see.
Entertainment in the hotel was good.
Also met some very nice people.
Will definitely recommend Alfa and certainly will book a holiday with them again.

The exchange at buttonwood ran smooth.
The driver Simon was very good with a excellent personality.
Entertainment in hotel was ok some a little quiet.
Hotel nice.excursions very good Plymouth and the boat cruise excellent.
Only one negative point the room we where allocated smelled as if it hadn't been used for a while ( we booked a super saver but I expected better) and the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom.once we reported it it was sorted.
We are always impressed with Alfa holidays and will be booking again soon.

We were given an excellent room at the front of the hotel, with a view over the loch. All your staff were friendly and helpful and in particular the restaurant were particularly friendly and treated us very well. the food was very good on every occasion.

I've used Alfa Travel quite a few times now and I like how organised they are in making a holiday enjoyable. This time was no exception in Blackpool and the Queens Hotel was excellent with their meals, accommodation and entertainment.

The hotel was lovely and Sadie was superb, food was fine but the entertainment needs improvement, no female vocalists, the same every night, music needs to be more up to date maybe a comedian then combined with a disco or even finish off each night with dance songs, when it comes to excursions we went to Sheringham which was really good and the Norfolk Broads cruise was great but Great Yarmouth was the pitts not the best place to visit and most of the other passengers agreed when we chatted with them apparently Holt was very good which some went on on the leisure day as an extra coach trip, Cromer is so nice and would go again

just coming back from the Torguay holiday with Alfa was my first holiday I have had for many years. I had the most fantastic time of my life, The Location the staff meeting new people, from being collected by my coach driver Bruce and meet and greet by the Regina hotel manager. my whole experience on this wonderful holiday has given me hope to carry on holidays with Alfa . thank you..

I’ve been to this hotel about 4 years ago and had a great time. I also had a great time last week. The Staff were great and our driver Nick was too. It’s nice when the group of travellers on the same coach are great too. The weather was great and I had a very nice room too. I would definitely recommend the Cliffe Norton hotel as it is a super venue with easy access to all shops and amenities……. 👌😎👍

Our first Holiday with Alfa Was amazing. Loved handing over my case at the start and not had to be lugging around. Hotel and Staff all amazing. Food Lovely have to say better then I expected. Trips enjoyable. Already Looking at booking another.

Another lovely holiday with Alfa staying at the Monarch Hotel in Bridlington . Lovely hotel with friendly staff , good food and entertainment most evenings
The hotel is in a great location, across the road from Bridlington Spa theatre. We went to see ABBA Forever show, which was really good
Trips out to Scarborough and Filey were good. The trip on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway from Pickering to Whitby was great especially seeing Goathland station which I have wanted to see as a fan of Heartbeat and Harry Potter
On our day off we stayed in Bridlington . Lots to see and do.
We caught the land train from the leisure centre on the front to the Bondville Model Village. The attention to detail was really good and included a set of questions to identify what could be found while going around. Good for all ages
Our tour driver Shaun from Grayways was knowledgeable about the places we visited . We had a bonus stop to York on our way home
This was our 4th Alfa Holiday this year and we really enjoyed them all

ALL WAS BRILL FROM BEING PICK UP TO DROP OFF ONLY THING THAT UP SET US AND OTHERS WAS WE BOOKED THE TRIP TO GO ON THE STEAM BOAT. WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.. WHY WE DO NOT KNOW ..NOT HAPPY NO PICS ON THE STEAM BOAT ??????

Torquay holiday Wednesday-Sunday in the Regina Hotel
Our driver was Keith he was amazing wanted to give him a big thank you
Hotel Regina is lovely our room was nice clean and comfortable
Manager and reception staff are friendly and helpful
Waitress/waiters are so nice and
and go beyond food is also nice with plenty of choices
Bar staff are fantastic
Overall 10/10 lovely stay thank you Alfa Travel and all your staff

I've just come back from a great holiday to the Isle of Wight. The room we had was spotless and large. The hotel itself was clean ,tidy and in a prime location opposite the beach and pier in Sandown.The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The choice of food was excellent both for breakfast and the evening meal and how lovely to be served at our table, a special shout out to Stan who looked after us at the table ,he was brilliant. Dave the driver was a great driver who looked after us all and was informative re the Island. Fantastic value for money. This was my first trip with Alfa and I will be using them again in the future.

A well organised holiday, with a hotel on the sea front, serving good food . Entertainment was very good especially the drummer , and his singer .Enjoyed the excursions, though would have liked to go to Llanberis as advertised.Enjoyed the holiday which was very good value .

The Auclend Hotel was Excellent , very good Food ,clean, comfortable beds, excellent staff who could not help you better if they tried , The coach driver( Debbie ) was very Excellent , and really helpful ,Very nice Lady. all in all we had a great Holiday on the day trips a great pleasure. so thankyou from Mr Allan and Mrs Kathleen Wilby.
