Horrid customer service. Don’t know about the product because I’ve never received it.

Same problem as everyone else reported.
I placed a $99 order in September, no reply to several very courteous status inquiries. Finally, in January, the credit card company credited my account in full because it could be verified that the order had never been filled. Never a peep from Alice Bow.
I thought perhaps something had just gone amiss with this particular order, so I tried again and placed another order over a month ago.
Once again, no affirmative communication but only in response to a status inquiry, I received an email (!) with tracking information. That was a week ago. However, there is nothing in Royal Mail or USPS with that tracking number.
Does this company actually produce anything? They certainly don’t ship anything. If they respond at all, it’s not with any creditable information.
To Alice Bow, please don’t post the stock non-answer you’ve already posted several times to similar complaints. It doesn’t answer and only proves the veracity of the complaints and makes you look even worse.

We are a small team and have been dealing with a large volume of queries and orders in addition to some issues with shipping and tracking packages.

Unfortunately this has affected our customer service response times, but we’re implementing new systems in order to get back to quick fulfilment of orders and our usual levels of service.

We’re also currently working with our shipping partner to improve the delivery times of our international orders, since we've found that some orders are taking longer than expected to arrive or that the tracking information isn't updated promptly.

So I read this new story about how Kate Middleton...

So I read this new story about how Kate Middleton can stand on her feet for hours using these insoles. I wonder how the Duchess managed to get them shipped because this company promises that they will deliver but it never happens! Horrid customer service, lack of follow thru and just a scam to get your money. I finally added a comment on Instagram about how horrible their service is and magically they replied. You know the drill... we’ll ship, issue with tracking number, etc... I am betting I never hear back from them again or receive my product. I will persist and use every single social media avenue to let people know that they are a company NOT to buy from

Buyer Beware! Lots of runaround but you don’t get the merchandise you paid for!

Same experience as everyone else, apparently. Ordered September 29, 2017. Charged that same day. Nothing delivered after 2 months. Inquired on November 24, and Chloe responded that they had shipped that day. Seemed suspicious but I had hope. Nothing arrived. Emailed at the end of December and the beginning of January. No response. I tweeted and suddenly Rachel, who said she founded the company, responded to my email and blamed having a new baby for me not getting my insoles, a tracking number (despite the website saying a tracking number is always provided for U.S. orders), or responses to my emails. She said she’d reship in a couple of days. Two weeks and several emails later...you guessed it, still no shipment and an excuse that all of USPS tracking has been down (yet I’ve had no problem tracking other packages via USPS in the last two weeks). This company is a total scam.

Don't hold your breath waiting for your order!

I ordered 2 insoles in Oct, 2017. Sent an email every few weeks requesting status of my order. The owner finally responded to one of my emails on Jan 1, 2018 saying they would be changing their processes and that she would look into my order. That was last week and I haven't heard anything yet.
Do not order from this company!

I would if I could give zero stars

I would if I could give zero stars. Wish I had read this page prior to ordering from them. It’s non-existence customer service - ordered a month ago and not received anything (I live in UK) . Emailed two weeks ago and got a automated email allegedly my items were dispatched. 2 weeks on still not received anything. Emails are ignored completely. Disgusting customer service. I want my money back, this is a scam.

My story is the same as the others…

My story is the same as the other reviews. I ordered September 25. My credit card was charged immediately. I called them two months later when I had received nothing from them! They said they were sorry for the delay but the product would be sent the next day. I got the email that they were sent but again, nothing has arrived! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

I would like to give zero Stars

I would like to give zero Stars. It has been two months since I ordered them,at first could not get any response. Until I went on social media. Twitter finally got me an answer after one month and unanswered emails. It is now two months later and I still have not received the product. They did however deduct that from my credit card the very day I ordered. They sent me an e-mail that made it look like they had ship the order although it doesn't say that specifically, it just has a tracking number. The European equivalent of the Postal Service says it is not a valid number. Still trying

Avoid at all costs. Nonexistent customer service.

We placed an order in late July 2017. Received a message that it was shipped on August 1st. So far, so good. But the order never arrived. Messages were exchanged letting them know, and on September 15th someone named "Chloe" replied saying they were going to look into it. On September 18th they still hadn't located the parcel. We confirmed a new address for a new shipment. On October 31st, we sent another email, which still hasn't been replied on November 15th.
No refund was issued, no explanation given, no apology, nothing.
Avoid like the plague.
