I specifically chose to pay the $25 so that I didn't have to provide my social security number, the representative stated the transaction didn't go through, however I saw my credit card was charged. Also the representative told me the technician is scheduled for Saturday and I checked my email and infinity service confirmation states Monday 2-4pm.

I was told as part of this I was able…
I was told as part of this I was able to get a free doorbell camera through Vivant. He was having some sort of issue transferring me to them so he gave me the number to call. Come to find out I can't get the doorbell camera without getting there security package which has a monthly fee. So no camera as promised. Not happy about the not giving full disclosure.
