This program is advertised as finding the best deal for you. With all the information I gave the rep, she found me “AT&T air” which is not compatible or most successful internet I can have in my new build house, costs more $65 vs $25 being offered by other companies, and does not even have a good connection. There needs to be training to get your reps to actually find the best deal for you.
