Terrible bank, left waiting after agreement and signing another contract, they had all the wrong data and complete un-organisation. Then they canceled the deal, for no reason other then they had the wrong address.. Terrible staff and very bad communication. Avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your time honestly.

Now I’m left with a signed asset and no current way of funding on a Friday, two weeks later. . Complete joke.

A great bank with excellent customer service. Even when something goes wrong they respond really quickly to make it right.

Can’t fault them wanted asset finance for a car for the business and they spoke to me 3.30pm on Friday and all approved before close of business same day. Car pair for within 3 days despite the car dealership being a nightmare through. Can’t rate Allica highly enough!!

Great 1st Class service.

I had over £40,000 in my business savings account. Turns out that doesn't count towards my business rewards account, so I got hit with a £25 low balance fee. Naturally, I asked them about it, and they said, "We gave you sufficient warning," which is completely wrong. I never got any emails. I checked everything, my inbox, trash, spam, all of it. Not a single email.

Only after I complained, the next month (I hadn't added any money) I suddenly got a warning. I'd never received one before I complained to their support, and only after I'd already been charged the fee did the warnings start showing up. Very convenient.

Their messaging and marketing are good at making you think you'll get the highest rates on the market, but that's only if you meet a bunch of conditions. Look into it and you'll see you're not going to get anywhere near the advertised rates unless you tick all the right boxes.
