I had over £40,000 in my business savings account. Turns out that doesn't count towards my business rewards account, so I got hit with a £25 low balance fee. Naturally, I asked them about it, and they said, "We gave you sufficient warning," which is completely wrong. I never got any emails. I checked everything, my inbox, trash, spam, all of it. Not a single email.

Only after I complained, the next month (I hadn't added any money) I suddenly got a warning. I'd never received one before I complained to their support, and only after I'd already been charged the fee did the warnings start showing up. Very convenient.

Their messaging and marketing are good at making you think you'll get the highest rates on the market, but that's only if you meet a bunch of conditions. Look into it and you'll see you're not going to get anywhere near the advertised rates unless you tick all the right boxes.

It was great experience of working with Allica , My account manager Mr Satpal Singh is very helpful and prompt in his all actions.

Getting a business account set up can often be a challenge, but Isla made the whole process quick and straightforward. She was incredibly efficient and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish.

The app is also excellent and very easy to use.

We've just moved to Allica Bank and the process couldn't have been more straightforward. We moved some money into the savings account just before the month end and were delighted to earn £20 interest on it in just 4 days! We're very much looking forward to the end of our first full month with them! Ben Homans is our 'Allica Man' and has been super supportive, visiting to talk through the requirements and suitability of Allica for us and then again to take us through the switching process. First and foremost, if you have over £50K in your business account then transfer it to Allica, it's a no brainer! It's nice and easy to set up, you can do a partial switch so you can still keep your existing business account and best of all, so long as you meet all criteria, you can earn up to 4.08% interest on the money in your business savings.

As an accountant I regularly get asked by clients which bank to use. My experience with Allica, and with my relationship manager make that an easy question, it's Allica every time. The level of customer service and care is unlike any other bank, and if you have cash on deposit they pay a great rate of interest.
