Alpha Batteries Reviews

Ordered £1000 of batteries and equipment, came the next day before 9am. Very efficient.

If, like me, you want a UPS to keep your freezers going in the event of a power cut, but aren't sure what you need, I cannot recommend Alpha-Batteries highly enough!
I found them on-line, exchanged info via emails, and then drove the 45 miles to their store to buy 2 Marine batteries: 150Ah each, a pure sine-wave inverter, and a smart battery charger.
They will take as much time as you want until you're happy you know what you want and what you're doing. My UPS is all setup and on standby.
Great customer service!

A first class battery company. I ordered 2 x 130 aH AGM batteries for a marine application. The batteries arrived perfectly packed in under 24 hours. Excellent delivery service. The batteries both charged to over 13 volts and are in perfect condition.

First class service. Spoke to a young lady in sales and checked availability on a deep cycle battery. Not in stock but will contact you as expected stock arriving very soon. Two days later the lady called back and said the battery was now available. Paid the invoice and it was delivered next day. Fantastic service from staff to finish.

I bought a battery for my Mercedes GLA, and paid for next day delivery. Battery arrived next day mid-morning and was installed and working by lunchtime. Very good packaging, and a good price. I liked the number plate identification system to select the right battery. Top class service!

I placed a telephone order yesterday, with a very helpful lady. She said normal delivery was 2-3 days.... Battery arrived this morning!!
Decent price, fantastic service, battery is perfect.
100% rating.

I have bought my car batteries from Alpha for at least 15 years. They have consistently provided an excellent price and first class service. Very highly recommended.

What a brilliant service from Alpha Batteries!
Needed a battery after mine let me down, rang Alpha and a chap called John sorted the right battery for my Range Rover and Peter came and dropped it off - within a couple of hours!
Back on the road thanks to Alpha Batteries in next to no time.
Oh and the price was cheaper than local 'big name' places too.
Simply brilliant - thank you

Used this company before for Victron products. Bought a Victron 10A charger Weds, it arrived Thursday. Grat customer service and delivery times.

I have used Alpha batteries many times and have received excellent service. Competitively priced and very quick free delivery. Website very easy to use to find the right battery.

Brilliant customer service from point of order to delivery which was prompt. Batteries were securely packaged and exactly as ordered. A very professional company that was easy to deal with. I am more than happy to recommend Alpha Batteries.

From beginning to end ordering from the UK was great. I could not have been happier with the personal and concerning help I received. Thank you John and Alpha

Hassle free refund after Kelly from sales contacted me to confirm one of the items ordered was not available at the moment.

Had 3 batteries off alpha. Had a problem with second one. Amazing customer care. Buy with confidence. Fast replies and excellent customer care. Would highly recommend xxxxx

The measure of a business is not how well they do when things go well, it is how they do when things go wrong.

I had a problem with a battery I bought, and the unhesitating response was "We'll collect it, and get it tested". This happened, and within a reasonable time the battery distributor (Alpha being the reseller) had reported there was an issue, and that a replacement was on its way.

During this time Alpha kept on top of the process, and kept me informed with copies of their correspondence.

In the days of organisations hiding behind a list of unhelpful FAQs, and being completely devoid of any desire to communicate with customers especially over difficult issues, their inclusive approach speaks volumes to their business ethics.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, you will know that you can expect outstanding service if you buy your battery from Alpha batteries. We don't always need after-sales service, but knowing it will be there must sway any thoughts about where to buy a battery.

Ordered a new battery for my car. Good prices excellent delivery. Found out just in time that I had ordered the wrong one. The very helpful and friendly no nonsense response was brilliant. Ordered the right one and refused delivery of the other. This kind of service deserves top scores. Well done Alpha.

The first time I have used Alpha Batteries. Excellent service. Acknowledged my order by email and although I only used their standard delivery I had the battery monitor within 2 days.

John at Alpha Batteries has been exceedingly helpful in listening to what I wanted in a replacement motorhome habitation battery and was able to suggest an ideal replacement; he also took time to explain why alternative batteries others had suggested wouldn't live up to expectations.
The courier service was also faultless, item arrived within 24 hours even though I hadn't specified next day delivery.

Purchased a replacement battery unfortunately the battery was surging and dropping the charge, contacted Alpha and was given a refund almost immediately didn't even wait until he had the faulty battery collected what a top class company full of sincere apologies and went out of their way to help unfortunately I could not wait for a replacement and bought one local fantastic and genuine company. and will have no problem buying again should the need arise they will be my first stop sincere thanks.
