Car was unclean
Car was unclean, evidenced by the sunglasses left by the person before. The moment we got in the car, there was a low tyre pressure notification. Look out for hidden fees and their toll road charges. A rule of thumb is to look at the price you paid and double it for how much the true cost is.

Great experience
The staff are very friendly and helpful, pick up and drop off was so easy. They explained the policies very thoroughly and had already documented and photographed every tiny scratch on the car which was very helpful and reassuring. The car itself was in great condition and immaculately clean. Excellent value for money!

Great Communication!
Needed to change vehicle drop off location from Brisbane to sydney, only required one phone call to get it changed, excellent communication from the Melbourne office 5 out of 5, great vehicle provided that was clean and modern, good prices for the vehicle, would definitely use alpha again, shuttle buses were easy to use and friendly drivers
