Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Reviews

Amazing from start of my enquiry to the delivery of the vehicle.

James was on hand at all times and made things seamless and having everything sent electronically allowed the process to be slick and I had my new car within a few weeks. Thanks again from Sarah

Alex bates my contact was extremely helpful and always replied really promptly car delivered as agreed and I love it. Thank you!

It is the first time we have leased a car and Alex was amazing! Answered questions, gave different quotes and not once did she hassle us! So many companies are constantly ringing and pushing for a sale! She gave us time to think and we are delighted with our new car. Better price than others we looked at too. Highly recommend!

Great company to deal with and Alex was super helpful. Missed out on the car we wanted but she went the extra mile to get me a better model for similar price. Very happy customer.

The whole process was easy and the price was great. Alex was excellent, supporting me through the whole journey and answering all questions. Very happy with my car!

Attentive, accessible, understanding and efficient - all great qualities shown by Alex. led me through the process very easily!

Searching for the best deals and Alpha was the 1st choice. I needed a car very quickly as within a week, James found one and it was delivered within the week. He kept me updated all the way through from start to finish. I can’t fault the service I received.

Alpha Contracts have provided me with a new Hyundai Kona. They provided an excellent service from enquiry to delivery.

I leased a Defender 90 from Alpha and dealt with Alex throughout. She was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I shopped around, with Alpha being the most competitive! First class service throughout the process wouldn’t hesitate to use again for my next lease deal.

Great guidance from beginning to end. No hard sell and very knowledgeable company. I have already recommended this company to friends as it was so straightforward.

First time car leasing!!

I had the pleasure of leasing my first car from Alpha Contracts LTD, and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I enquired on a vehicle, Alex was Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my vehicle need's and spent time looking for the best deal, making the whole leasing process straight forward.

In 3 years time I'll be back. Can't recommended them enough.

I have recently been dealing with my vehicle renewal with Alpha Contracts, which would be my 6th vehicle with them!

The team always meet my requirements and their focus on providing the best value for money whilst finding a vehicle that suits my current requirements is amazing!

It’s so good to speak to speak to someone who engages with your own needs as opposed to having to go through tiers or online automated systems which always default to the baseline.

A personalised service, doesn’t usually come at the best price!

I ordered a Defender 110 Hardtop from Alpha. I dealt with Alex mainly. She was very helpful, did her best to answer any questions when I called, and also got back to me quickly if she needed to find out more information before giving me an answer.
The deal on the Defender was the best on the market at the time, and the customer service was spot on.
I would definitely use them again

Excellent service and personel touch to the end. have used Alpha a couple of times and would not pass them. First class

For me one the most important things is that expectations are met (or exceeded).

This was my first ever private car lease and Alpha Contracts held my hand every step of the way, answering my many naïve questions quickly.

My main contact through all of this was Alex, who communicates very well.

Thanks for an excellent experience, which exceeded my expectations.

I have been dealing with alpha contracts for several years now, namely Justine who’s customer service and attention to detail is first class.
If you want great service , honesty and people who know about customer service, look no further than alpha contracts.

I will certainly always refer them to friends and family.

Alex at Alpha Contacts was excellent to deal with. Having leased cars for many years I am able to say that the service I recieved was excellent. All queries were promptly answered and Alex was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone

Second car from Alpha Contracts, great service levels and the communication was excellent.

Thank you Alex and the Team.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish with Alpha Contracts for my first ever car lease - a huge shout out to Alex Bates who was just amazing, I feel like she goes above and beyond and deals with everything with integrity, I can’t recommend enough. My lease is finishing now and I’m moving on to a PCP which is the only reason I’m not using Alpha Contracts again. Thanks Alex and team, and all the best!
