From the moment I contacted this company I had a quote the next day outlining the quote and what I had to do . Had my glasses back within 4 days . Glasses are repaired and I’m very happy with the service . Would recommend and will use again if needed .

I broke two designer frames (Chanel and Tom Ford) and both were fixed and returned to me within 3days!!!

Having found AO online, I was tentative to send my vintage Christian Dior glasses for fixing as they belong to my Mum who passed away recently.

But I took the plunge and the service is absolutely stellar. Communication is amazing having emailed to ask if the glasses had arrived. I was emailed
The following day to say they had, and they would be fixed and sent back out to me the same day.

I received my glasses just now and they were safely and securely packaged, and in perfect working condition.

I don`t tend to leave reviews, however with Alpha Omega I have made an exception. I bought a pair of100 year old B & L gold filled frames cheap off ebay and wanted them refurbishing as well as possible with precription vintage lenses fitted for a truly vintage look. The glasses were not in good shape and I didn`t expect much more than something cheap and usable. Imagine my total shock when I received them yesterday, absolutely out of this world!! I NEVER expected them to look like they did, absolutely amazing craftsmanship by a real professional called Davd, who I spoke to a number of times, and he was patient, knowledgable and easy to talk to. He is also a master of understatement also saying he would do best he could, but his work was perfection. I only put them on twice in public yesterday to get used to wearng spectacles, and both times random strangers made a point of complimenting me on the refurbished glasses. Finally, it was a lot of work and effort by David, BUT it was really cheap for result acheived. I am going to send more specs very soon, and any nervous customers should do the same, absolutely wonderful, thank you, warm regards Tom

Talk about a quick turnaround. Sat on some expensive Persol sunglasses and broke the arm. Sent them Monday, back Thursday all repaired and spotlessly cleaned.

Oh my goodness, I purchased some very expensive Chopard Glasses and I only kept them in the car for driving as they had big lenses and light wearing. Imagine my horror when hardly used one of the 'nose rests' had come away. The retailer no longer sold that brand but found Alpha. Not only did my sunglasses come back repaired they were better than they had been, an absolutely fantastic job and I will be forever grateful after a £500 purchase price!!! So having had a favourite pair of Givency Sunglasses which John Lewis refused to repair, Givency in London and France refused to repair and a traditional optician refused to repair? All it needed was the lense fitting back in so as not to pop out again. Well within days of sending to Alpha they repair and I have just got back - they have been sat in a draw for a number of years and now my collection is complete. Cannot thank you all enough and I will literally tell everybody about this company. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful on the phone with prompt responses ot my emails. My oakleys were fitted with new lenses and also had a bridge repair. They were returned the next day looking as good as new!

Fantastic service, great price and even accomdated me collecting my repaired sunglasses on a Saturday when they are closed as I was only available to go and collect at a weekend until I go on holiday. BRILLIANT

My sunglasses were compressed during my trip, causing one of the temples to break and the other to bend. I asked the original merchant and the ones near my home and they all said that there was no way to fix it but to move it on. However, alphaomega actually fixed it. Service was prompt and professional. Not only was the broken arm replaced, the glasses came back in much better overall condition than when I sent them! Good value for money, too - the price was clearly stated up front and contained no hidden fees. Frankly, I couldn't be happier.

Liz Haas - I didn't think companies as efficient and business-like as AlphaOmega Glass Repairs existed anymore...I had been advised by three opticians that a favourite pair of sunglasses with a twisted hinge would not be possible to repair....how wrong they were! Wonderful experience, perfect repair - thank you!

Needed a repair quickly, phoned explained the problem, went to the workshop the following morning and the repair was completed in an hour.
My glasses are slim framed titanium and one of the nose pads had broken off, I had made the mistake of trying to superglue but they cleaned it all off and welded the repair.
Really impressed work gauranteed for 1 year, very cost effective repair, highly recomend.

Excellent service for rimless frame repair. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Personal visit to their offices as local to Crewe to drop off and collect repaired glasses.

Great communications to provide step by step guidance for sending and returning expensive sunglasses which needed a good servicing.
