trying to get a return label for a busted ring my girlfriend got from them hours of operation on their website 7am to 5 pm mst tried messaging them at 7 and got no response waited till 7:12 tried to call them and their voicemail says their hours are 8 am to 5 pm mst so right now they have been useless

I was hesitant to purchase the alter me program due to cost. I have to say I am happy with the app and program. Customer service has been great both the Ai chat bot and live reps via chat/email. The DNA test alone was a hig help on my eating workout plans.

I just wanted my review not more people trying to sell me products and services Waste of money do not do this

Lots of messages about my test being received, then results pending, pending pending....then a message to schedule a time for Diego to call. DId that. (I was told results would be emailed BEFORE the Diego call.) Then awaited call that never came, results never emailed. I texted for info as to WTF Happened...then got a message from a Lily to call her. I tried calling...on hold>10 min. Next day...same thing.....no results emailed, no apologies, tried calling Lily again....15 min of hold, so I give up, I wasted $30.

Everything was great at first. Yes it was kind of expensive but I was able to finance it for a year. Having all the data was great, and I learned a little bit about myself. I even got free weights. But you still had to record your food, which is not my favorite part. What I really liked about it were the exercises, but I didn’t know there was only six levels and I work out about four days a week. I’ve been stuck at level six for many months now. I’ve been waiting for updates to their exercises in which they keep telling me after I have emailed them about three times, that they would update them. I’m still waiting and I am disappointed in the purchase. I did do my research and I’m not paying a monthly membership fee, but I’m stuck in a rut with the exercises. I don’t use it all the time like I used to.

Avoid AlterMe like the Plauge. I got their $29 DNA test kit...sent it in on June 8, 2026...as on today 06/26/2026 I NOT HEARD back with any results. I have reached out to their customer support two times with messages...still NOTHING!

I've had nothing, but excellent customer support. The instances in which I've needed some help I've always been met with understanding and a sense of urgency to resolve any hiccups. Much appreciated!

I am comparing my ring to my fitbit. My Fitbit has been more accurate with steps. Sleep is usually the same but the other night I laid in bed for hours unable to sleep. The ring said I got 8 hours, Fitbit said 5. I believe 5 was more accurate!

It's a scam, you pay and don't get any information you can use.
They just want to upsell you some counseling. You get nothing for your money.

I took a leap of faith and bought the DNA test, the AlterMe ring and the app/membership. It was more than I've ever spent at one time on my fitness journey, but I've been impressed with the coaching and the customer service. I won't say the set up went perfectly, but their customer service is great, and they got it working. So far, so good👍

So far the tool has worked per expectation. Support has been generous.

Been with the program just about a month. Great program based on your DNA. The only thing I would say is I would have liked to have another consult to go over my DNA+ results, in order to understand my results better. Understanding my results would allow me to better adapt to the program and utilize it to the fullest potential. I love the workouts they provide and the guidance the program gives. This program takes most of the guess work out of daily health routines.

The app stalls in the middle of a workout. Wish they would implement some senior workouts.

This program has really helped me unlock my abilities to reach my health goals! The format speaks to me in a way that I have kept daily engagement for almost a year. The results to lose fat and gain muscle are solid and most importantly I feel this is sustainable. Initially I was facinated with how to tie my dna into improvement and the program goes to the next step of applying the science. I am a huge fan of the integration of the ring data into feedback. The platform is evolving at a great pace which keeps my inner geek happy. The Customer Service team balances the use of Ai fairly well. When I do speak to a human agent, they are supportive and get things done. I was off put at the price tag at first, but I'm playing the long game and now feel the quality and value is matched. I appreciate having this membership on my journey.
