Absolutely brilliant service. Needed a new lawn mower after my old one died on me and i didn’t want it repaired. They sorted me out a mower that was better and cost pretty similar. Will 100% be coming back for any gardening equipment!

Ordered item on internet via Amazon, dispatched with no tracking information. After a week contacted their customer service, who were absolutely useless. Said they would send the item immediately. No explanation about whether original lost or never sent.

Sent for an order on line.
Sent wrong goods, spoke to someone called Jacob twice, on both occasions promised to ring back and has not done. Now left with goods I did not order. Cannot get a reply or help.

Dropped in to potentially buy a water feature for our garden. As I pulled into the car park an employee stepped out & pointed towards what looked like a blue badge parking space.
As I am not a blue badge holder I was a little puzzled, but thought ok, he must know what he’s doing & started to manoeuvre into the space. The employee them ran over to me shouting ‘You can’t park there. You haven’t got a blue badge!!’ I responded that I knew I didn’t have a blue badge, but was only parking where he had indicated I should. He then proceeded to tell me in a rude & aggressive manner in not so many words that I was a liar. It was at that point that my wife & I decided to leave, & take this & all our future custom elsewhere. If the guy had been polite I would probably have apologised for apparently misreading his hand signal & gone on to park further down the (empty) car park as per normal.
Totally horrible experience.

Failed to supply good tracking number. I waited extra 3 weeks from stated delivery date. No one contacted me in mean time. After getting in touch apparently my order got lost and seller has no idea where it is as couriers lost it. Seller states that has no more in stock. I offer to replace with similar item or send it in parts so I can assemble it myself (water hose on reel) no more attempts to communicate after my 2 emails with suggestions how to resolve. Not recommending AltonGC

Useless!!
Informed them that items were missing. After a week nothing had turned up and they said “couriers were taking longer than usual”. So I asked for a tracking number, and they took a day to answer saying “item had been sent out via Royal Mail so should be with you in 2-3 days, but we’ll send another package out on next day delivery”. No sign of the ‘Royal Mail’ parcel (funnily enough!), and to top it all off the next day delivery has just turned up and that is also missing an item! STAY AWAY.

Ordered my weber master touch on Sunday morning.. altons had a sale on so I got it for £20 cheaper than wow bbq where I had been contemplating buying it from until then! It arrived Tuesday morning. I admit I was a little confused when I would receive it as there was no delivery timeframe mentioned on the item description and I didn’t receive a despatch email/tracking option but I was very happy this morning to have it so quickly, given the current situation with Covid-19. I would purchase again without hesitation.

We saw Father Christmas today, thought the decorations and walk through to the grotto was very pretty and festive. Went in to see Father Christmas who looked brilliant, but greeted my children with 'alright, how are you doing', didn't ask whether they'd been good, very poor interaction with them, then, as we were about to leave he said 'hang on, what would you like? A car, a ball, a cuddly toy, whatever?' then handed them a car each. I left feeling disappointed for them. Father Christmas really needs to get into the role if he's not going to disappoint.

Took my 1 year old booked a 4.30 slot to be crammed into a tiny room with other families, for 15 mins as was told to arrive 10 mins early, nothing for them to look at other than a young teenage elf moaning she was cold and she didn’t interact with none of the children, and a small kiosk in there trying to sell crappy hats for £6.99 what looked cheep and tacky! When it was finally time to go through to see Santa it was a free fall ! Everyone rammed through small walk way, so I couldn’t get any photos without other families in them and the display wasn’t as good at all. Once through we had to wait another 10 minutes in a tiny hallway where you couldn’t move, my son was screaming as there was no where to go. When when finally saw Santa he didn’t even speak to my son.. just hello and held him like he didn’t know how. Terrible experience then to get a cheep teddy and a tiny Xmas plant £10 what a joke!!!

Terrible! Took my 3 year old first visit to Santa and we was rushed in then the Santa couldn’t be bothered to talk basically! Didn’t ask what my son wanted for Xmas, he wasn’t friendly at all , my son cried , I was so annoyed at the experience! Pathetic! Get a new Santa!!! ☹️

Santa experience the worst ever!
Santa simply "couldn't be asked" made little effort - I saw the effect this had on my grandchildren I am beyond words
Never never again, feel gutted 😣
