Overall a very good experience using this company. The person who conducted the survey was friendly and helpful and the guy who came out to do the job was very pleasant and courteous. He worked very efficiently and did a good job of cleaning up after himself. The admin side was a little slow because it seemed that there was only one person who could deal with my job but it all came good in the end.

I applied to several potential suppliers when the green homes grant was launched and A & M were the only company who bothered to answer. It did take quite some time before they could come out to survey but once that process was started it didn't take very long at all. The man who came out to do the survey was very helpful and friendly. The men who came to do the work were quick, efficient and tidy. Overall I am very pleased with the job.

Didn't bother to show up for the appointment sadly. No phone call or anything to apologise or rearrange, just a no show.

Edit: Nope, wasn't resolved sadly, figured it was some sort of scam to get my details and sell them so I didn't follow up.

Very knowledgable and efficient preparation for the task and then an enthusiastic and friendly team came to do the job on the day, as arranged. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys from the Leicester branch, thank you all for great work and positive attitude.

Loft insulation as part of Government Green Grant. Well organised and installers did an excellent job in a difficult loft space to work. They did extras that I hadn't expected such a loft hatch insulation and draft proofing. Friendly service from office to installers. Very pleased.

We have just had our loft insulated by A&M and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We successfully applied for a green grant and the support with this from Gill at A&M was brilliant and prompt. The installers were both very courteous and fully explained the process when they arrived. They wore facemasks throughout their visit and left our house exactly how they found it. In all a brilliant experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I Think the company needs to update its website and TrustMark in taking away the part saying they do External wall insulation, the video of it getting done looks great, only problem is they don’t do this work. After waiting and being asked by Gill to take photos of my outside house to show what was needed doing, to be left waiting. Only to get told we don’t do this. So just letting others know.

A&M installed additional loft insulation for us under the Green Homes scheme. The work was carried out to a high standard without fuss. Excellent workmen (Geoff and John) and Gill kept us informed of what would happen and when. I would definitely recommend this company if you are considering having energy saving improvements made to your home.

Service was excellent, id actually go as far as to say this is the best company iv dealt with when it comes to home improvement.

All their staff were pleasant to talk to, all knowledgable, performed a really clean and tidy job with no mess and also followed up the work appropriately to ensure regulations have been met with the install.

installed by A&M with the green homes grant. The installers were great, didnt mess about, left the house tidy and the insulation was very neatly installed. Ryan looked after things from start to finish, helping with the grant side of things in the process. Would recommend A&M to anyone!

We just got cavity wall insulation. A&M provided a professional and friendly service that felt personal. They showed that they cared for the job. The only issue I had was that there was white foam insulation material flying around the garden. It is very hard to clean and collect, so this may be something that they could improve on, but other than that it has been an excellent service.
