We had loft insulation upgraded as part of the Green Homes Grant scheme. Despite the cumbersome nature of the scheme application a date for installation was finally set. On the day the installers were careful to put covers over the carpets and were friendly and helpful.The whole process from first assessment to final payment was handled professionally.

After waiting a few months over the green grant scheme, sending photos of the outside of the house, to be told great not a problem we will get you a quote over asp, waited and waited, had a look on their website showing a video how they do the work, looked great external wall insulation. To get told we don’t do that, but yet on sending email and their own web site showing them doing the work. Upset me very much to be getting messed around waiting getting stressed, then having to try and find another company.

Very happy with my loft insulation. Communication with the company was very good, and the installers turned up promptly, were friendly and were careful to not make any mess.

After a less than satisfactory experience with another company of insulation installers, we found A&M Energy Solutions through one of the national associations. Our experience with them has been first-class throughout. It was A&M who encouraged us to go for the Green Homes Grant when we actually thought it was too late, and then carefully prompted us through the ludicrously convoluted voucher scheme it involved. The insulation work they did for us was also top class: workers arrived even a few minutes early, carefully put down cloths to avoid tracking dirt, completed the installation carefully and thoroughly, and were courteous and professional throughout. All in all, a first-class experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. I initially found A&M Energy Solutions on the NIA website as an approved company to fit my cavity wall and loft insulations. From an initial email enquiry, I was immediately put to ease by Ian who telephoned me and talked me thoroughly through my options including prices, but under no obligation. He then promptly arranged to survey my property. The guys who installed my insulation on the day were great. Really helpful, professional and tidy. In addition, all email and telephone contact with the company was prompt, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend A&M to any person interested in installing some home insulation and would definitely use them again in the future if required. Thanks again for everything!

A&M supplied and installed loft insulation as part of the government grant scheme. Work was carried out to very high level, kept the house clean with covers and went the extra mile to insulate the loft door, was quick and easy process. Would recommend them to others.

This is an excellent company. Great service from everyone - initial contact through to the surveyor, the installer and the billing department. Courteous, professional, informative, friendly. A great job done exceptionally well by great people.

Dan and Steve came today to finish off a very challenging part of the job to install cavity wall insulation. They have been, like the head office staff, very courteous and resourceful and keen to make sure that we were happy with the job. The Green Homes Grant made things a bit more complicated, but compared to most I have heard about, we seem to have had a very smooth process. Thanks to all at A&M.
