UNBELIEVABLY UNRELIABLE Absolutely disgraceful service. Andy was booked in to come to do a site survey between 1.30 and 2.30pm today, and just didn’t turn up, I called the office at 2.30pm and when the lady called me back she said, sorry but Andy has been held up on a job and won’t be with you today, He will call you and rearrange. I had taken a morning off work to be here for the prearranged appointment. Andy didn’t even have a decency to call me himself to explain or apologise for his absence (but he wasn’t too busy to pick up the phone to his office despite him not being being able to pick the phone up to me to advise he wouldn’t be attending).

Had someone out to survey for a quote. Just took a quick look at the existing insulation and said it was fine, the job was too small for them to bother with and I'd be better off going to B&Q and doing it myself. Didn't bother to go through what we actually wanted done. Complete waste of time.

Recently had cavity wall insulation fitted to my home (superbead rather than wool which is apparently the better product and which not all installers offer). Ryan at A&M was very helpful and professional throughout and provided us with a competitive quote. Installation was all done in a morning and the lad doing it was very efficient and made sure that all drill holes were plugged and any mess was cleared up and all was left neat and tidy. A very good service from start to finish and I would recommend them for cavity wall insulation. Very professional. Thanks, Steve.

I would like to say that I was very impressed with the service provided by A&M Energy Solutions. Their surveyor was highly knowledgeable and very helpful, the installer was also extremely helpful, efficient, and tidy.

I am happy with the results provided by the insulation. Rudimentary comparisons of the heat loss versus inside-outside temperature deltas show an improvement. More importantly and practically, the home feels more comfortable and retains warmth longer. In my case, it took a day or so for the inside walls to gain warmth before the results were fully noticeable.

Had ancient cavity wall insulation removed and new insulation installed. Whole process from survey, quote, removal, install and payment professionally and pleasantly handled. Pleasure to have them on site with everything being clean and tidy afterwards. Brilliant job and wholeheartedly recommend this company

We’d had a number of quotes for cavity wall insulation from other companies, A&M were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive (by a long way), their professionalism, realistic costs, speed of survey and installation sets the standard that in our experience, can’t be beaten.

Great job by this firm. I was impressed by the professionalism of the surveyor and the quick delivery time. Having the loft better insulated has made a remarkable difference. The fitters were on time, courteous, paid attention to detail and left the area clean and tidy. Would recommend and use again.

Where do I start, told I would have a call back but didn’t, after chasing the lady was very abrupt by saying we do have other things to do, her attitude was awful, at the time she thought she placed me on hold & I heard her say I was time wasting & the profanities that came out of her mouth was unbelievable. By the sound of it she was offering herself to someone near her “Dazzy”. Stay away from this company !!!

Arrived on time, professional, quick, clean up afther themselves. They even drank all their brews.

Called branch in West Brom for a quote for loft insulation, I was told I would have a call back, however 2 days later I had to chase. Spoke to a lady on the phone she asked for my property type & quoted me. She must have been so desperate to sell the job she tried to sell herself to me, I didn’t know this company employed these type of people. Disgusted to hear some of the comments that came out of her mouth, from drinking habits to her sex life. Whilst I understand there’s customer relations but she showed no professionalism, please retrain this lady. Call this customer service, it’s down right disgusting. Thankfully I decided to go elsewhere

Garforth A&M Insulations installed cavity wall insulation in our house in January 2021. I highly recommend this company, Ryan was extremely helpful from start to completion, the fitters were polite, efficient and tidy. The house prior to installation was either extremely hot in summer and bitterly cold in winter. The house post installation is a nice warm temperature throughout the year.

The Garforth A&M Energy Solution branch was brilliant. Ryan was so nice from the start of the application till the installation. The installation was very satisfactory and the guy who installed was prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Ryan, and Dean the installer.

We had issues where the Green Homes Grant appeared to mix up our application with another, A&M helped us sort this error and we managed to get the application approved. Once we had the voucher A&M quickly installed our cavity wall insulation, no fuss, just got on with the job. The 2 men that did the installation were very friendly and helpful, they filled the holes with matching mortar and cleaned up after unlike other contractors we have seen. Well done, an excellent job!!

I worked with A&M Energy Solutions to have Cavity Wall Insulation installed at my house, along with my attached neighbour. At all times my contact at the company was prompt, diligent and respectful of all considerations and questions that came up. The application for grant through the GHGS was problematic and time consuming but we got there in the end.
