From the initial meeting with John to installation of our cavity wall and loft insulation, A&M has been excellent. The lead time was reasonable and the team was very friendly and respectful of our house during and after the work.

From the initial phone contact and then quote, survey and loft installation a 1st class service throughout. Leeds branch, Ryan being the surveyor and Lee doing the installation.

Absolutely useless. Where do I start? First appointment, they didn't bother turning up, with no communication until the end of the day when I asked whether they were coming and they said the worker was 'ill'. Next time they turned up, they ruined our interior walls but didn't say anything (despite admitting later on the phone that they knew they'd done it because 'the drill got stuck'). I've tried to get them to fix this but twice more they didn't turn up! We still have damaged walls. Today, they were supposed to come to plug up the holes they made in our exterior walls but no sign of them again! It's just a joke..

Had this company in 2007 to insulate our cavity wall. Over the last few years mould has appeared in two of our bedrooms in our detached house. All of our inside walls are cold to touch, this surely isn't right. I have sent emails with pictures, and other emails with other info. The company administrator replied once asking for pictures etc, but is refusing to reply back to my other emails. I have been told that the insulation could of been poorly installed, a failure of the insulation or its sagging in the cavity. It would be nice as a company to reply back.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Surveyor, installer and office staff were all very professional, nice and helpful. I'm really pleased with everything and glad I found A&M to do the work.

After several attempts at contacting St Helens I eventually spoke to someone who told me they could do loft insulation but cannot take up screwed down floorboards.
As I live alone and retired, this is disappointing.

We recently had the Swindon branch install cavity wall insulation at our home.
I cannot fault them one bit, they conducted the most thorough survey before quoting us than anyone else. When completing the work we had Dan, he was brilliant very professional and got the work done fairly quickly with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend using them for any insulation needs!

Someone came round for a loft survey with a view to providing a quote. After 2 weeks I still had not received a quote so I phoned to ensure they had the correct contact details (they had the correct details). 10 days later I still have not had a reply.

All round positive experience with A&M. Good communication from my first contacting them, through provision of costs, and then actual installation. Pleasant, considerate, efficient.

I had cavity wall insulation fitted to my home after finding out in the process of replacing my boiler that none was fitted, despite the energy certificate stating the opposite! A&M Chelmsford provided a competitive quote and the job was carried out professionally to my complete satisfaction. Throughout the whole process from obtaining a quote to finishing the work everyone involved at A&M was extremely helpful. On site, Jon dealt skilfully with a difficult access situation while Martin diligently carried out the bulk of the work and did a great job concealing the bore holes and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended!

I called A&M Energy Solutions West Bromwich about improving our loft insulation. The surveyor came to the appointment as arranged. He inspected our existing insulation and advised that it did not need to be increased. He provided helpful advice about how to tidy it up after recent work on our house had led to the insulation being moved around a bit. This was very useful and there was no charge for the visit. Our daughter had used this company for insulation work on her house. Very impressed with them.
