I have recently had 2 cold callers from A&M knock my door; one disturbing me whilst on an important teams call and another waking me up with their persistent knocking. This happened despite the fact that I have a sign on my front door which clearly states “no cold callers”. When I answered the door and told the reps that I wasn’t interested, they proceeded to shout through the door, asking when they should return to continue their sales pitch. How about the 10th of never?! If I wanted your product, I’d contact you. Next time your rep will have a cup of cold piss poured over them from an upstairs window.

Pleased to have taken advantage of this government offer. I was cold called by their rep who was really friendly and not pushy whatsoever. She explained the process and offered an install date on the day.

I did my due diligence as I was sceptical that the whole thing was free but then read up on the government pledges.

The install was hassle free and completed within around 60 mins and they arrived bang on time. (I had the first morning slot)

At this time of writing we still haven’t turned the heating on since the install so I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the insulation but I have lived in a house previously and it was very warm in the winter.

I’ve seen the A&M Van installing many properties around here (South Gloucestershire) as the estate was built around 2000 so most of, if not all, of the properties are cavity wall and suitable.

A & M Energy Solutions installed cavity wall insulation to my house earlier this year. The initial survey was very professional, the surveyor was punctual and polite. When it came to the insulation, the fitters were again friendly, polite and efficient. After they left there was nothing to clear up after them. I'm looking forward the feeling the benefit in the winter!

I had cavity wall insulation and extractor fans fitted at my home in South Gloucestershire earlier this year. The process was seamless with the work being completed in a timely fashion following the initial survey. The whole team were very professional. Driving on the M6 19/10/2024 and an employee in a signed van drove 2ft away from my bumper flashing his headlights despite me driving at the speed limit the when I pulled over gave hand gestures.. so not only endangered mine my partner and 10 yr old daughter endangered others. After looking for loft insultation for my Mum, I called Homewarm as they had previously insulated my own property in 2012. Explained the situation, office staff were great, appointments were made, surveyors turned up on time and work carried out to a fab standard. Starting with the office staff and the surveyors have been extremely pleasant and helpful. Our fitter/installer "J" is very very good at his job but more that he was a gentleman to have in our home.

Excellent initiative. We had to have an extractor fan installed in the bathroom at no cost. Then the cavity wall insulation. Both lots of workmen were efficient and tidy. We are so pleased to have this done and at no cost. With rising energy costs this can only be a good thing and a selling point when the time comes. Organising it was easy and a couple changes on date was no problem. Nice to have a service that runs smoothly and efficiently for a change.
