Fantastic company to work with. Aaron went above and beyond to find a mortgage company which met all my requirements. Excellent interest rate, reasonable fees and I was regularly updated on the progress of my loan.

We have had a few occasions to use their services and everytime I felt they did a great job. Nothing ever seemed too much to ask. Looking forward to our next house move and Aaron can help us again.

I’m not one for often leaving reviews but I feel Aaron Stokoe at AMAS really truly deserves it! Aaron went above and beyond for our mortgage, due to covid and every other reason the world could throw at us… not once did Aaron give up and even when we were close to caving in, Aaron kept at it and not to line his pocket, but because he cares and he’s passionate about what he does, he’s one ticking every box during the process and more! I can now say I will honestly never use any other company nor person! Aaron is top class, offering the best service and a personal service, he truly wants the best for everyone and he is easily one of the most genuine humans you’ll ever meet!

I didn’t often get to speak to many other staff members at AMAS because if Aaron’s excellent quality of work but on the few occasions I did, they were all very friendly and super efficient!

Aaron at Amas has been brilliant with us from renewing our mortgage to sorting our life insurance, nothing is to much and he doesnt try to sell, hes a man who knows you have a budget and will do his best to get you the best deal possible. my Wife and i wont go anywhere else

Aaron at AMAS was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to sorting out our mortgages. He was always quick to respond to any questions via email or phone. 100% recommend.

We approached Aaron from AMAS and had a meeting on 19/08 to provide details for him to seek an AiP, we were advised this would take around two days during the meeting. 23/08 we were advised the lender was looking at the application. 24/08 we still had no AiP and emailed him to request he try a different lender, we received no response and have had no further communication since then - today is 02/09. From speaking to numerous other clients it would appear his favoured company is Nationwide, I can only speculate that this is commission led and they pay him a higher rate than other lenders.

We have emailed, called and left voicemail messages, all of which we received no response to. Very poor customer service despite boasting he can be contacted at any time and always answers his phone during the initial meeting.

We would NOT recommend this company.
