This is a frivolous and unreliable company. They take the order, confirm its availability, charge for the order and shipping, and then inform me that they don't have the part. This is poor, they wasted my time and tied up my money unnecessarily. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We sincerely apologize that we were unable to supply the part ordered. We do not stock parts at our warehouse and are dependent on the manufacturers production schedules and stock availability.
On very rare occasions, suppliers inform us that a part is available, and it become unavailable after we approve the order. This may occur because another order was placed in the meantime and the stock reached zero, or for other reasons.
This is also why we kindly ask customers to acknowledge the following condition when placing an order with us: "Goods can be delayed or cancelled due to supplier delays or, on rare occasions, goods may be out of stock."
We will continue striving to provide the most accurate information on our website and update our database as frequently as possible.

Took some time to source them, but when they did, shipping was fast and the parts were packed extremely well for their safety. I could not be happier to have found the parts I needed, and at truly the lowest price on the internet

Ho già acquistato 3 volte in quattro mesi da questo sito giapponese specializzato nella vendita di ricambi per auto giapponesi a prezzi molto competitivi (mediamente dalle 2 alle 3 volte di meno rispetto in Italia).
Molto utile per pezzi di ricambio non più forniti dai concessionari locali. Il materiale è originale di fabbrica OEM e il loro sito funziona come se fosse il sistema del magazzino ricambi del marchio interessato. Si inserisce il VIN e in automatico ti propone i ricambi compatibili con la propria vettura. Il tutto è affidabile. I ricambi sono originali e il materiale arriva nel entro 3/4 settimane. 100% affidabile.
Molto utile per alcuni ricambi "NLA" per la mia Lexus RX.
Attenzione che al momento della consegna c'è da pagare IVA e diritti postali.

Reasonable priced genuine parts. It may take a little in transportation (coming from overseas), but totally worth it. It's also a perfect business to source new old parts if you are doing a classic JDM restoration.

At the moment, Japan Post is holding parcels destined for certain countries, including Pakistan, in their warehouses. Due to ongoing disruptions affecting postal routes (linked to the current situation in the Middle East) these shipments have not been able to leave Japan. Although there has been no clear official announcement on their website, services to some destinations remain suspended or significantly delayed.
Your parcel was returned and has just been received back at our warehouse by our team. A full refund including shipping charges will be issued shortly.

Knowledgeable and Efficient Customer Support at Amayama
The Amayama team is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We wanted to order a part for a Toyota Alphard and pay using credit card but that was not an option on the website as the default currency is USD and payment mode for USD is PayPal. After contacting Customer Service, they immediately understood the request and updated our order currency to JPY to allow payment by credit card. The overall experience was very pleasant and we highly recommend Amayama if you are looking for any automotive OEM parts.
