They conned me , simply mislead me and sold me a "package-opened" "just-like-new" DJI action cam.
The person that opened the package registered the cam to his/her/their account and now I can't use full functions of the cam, this was not told and amazon tricked me.. If I was warned/told then I would never make the purchase. Now I am boarding a plane and can't return it!
They will do that to others, be warned!!
Breach of Guaranteed Delivery Commitment and Gross Negligence by Amazon.com.tr
On the morning of April 24th, I purchased a mobile phone via Amazon.com.tr for my daughter, who was scheduled to leave for a business trip. Since her current phone was malfunctioning and only allowed calls via speakerphone, I specifically made this purchase on the condition of timely delivery to ensure she wouldn't face difficulties during her intensive conference schedule and travels.
I chose Amazon despite the product being 850 TL cheaper on other platforms because Amazon explicitly guaranteed delivery by April 23rd for an additional shipping fee. In other words, I both paid a higher price for the item and agreed to pay extra for expedited shipping.
Despite this, the product was not delivered on the promised date. I contacted customer service numerous times, explaining the urgency: that my daughter would be departing at 09:00 AM on April 24th, that she has a baby, and that being out of town with a broken phone would cause significant communication issues. In response, I received nothing but canned replies stating "we have notified the carrier." No concrete steps were taken, and the problem remained unresolved.
The grievance I have suffered is both financial and emotional. The shipping fee I paid for expedited delivery was for nothing, and the service I paid an extra 850 TL for—compared to other sites—was never rendered. More importantly, a father’s effort to meet his child’s needs in a timely manner was thwarted by Amazon’s irresponsibility. My daughter is now out of town with her one-year-old child, forced to use a broken phone with no privacy.
It is unacceptable for a global company like Amazon to fail in its prepaid delivery guarantee and remain incapable of providing a solution to such a clear grievance. On April 18th, I purchased a Marshall Monitor III headphone from the seller Amazon.com.tr. I received the product on April 16th, intending to use it for my university entrance exam (YKS) preparation by watching video lectures in the library. However, the product turned out to be defective due to a “popping” sound coming from the right speaker in Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) mode.
Upon noticing the defect, I first requested a replacement. Since the process was moving slowly, I asked for this request to be converted into a refund. Although customer representatives told me the transaction was “handled,” my refund request was completely deleted from the system while the replacement was being canceled, causing the entire process to start from scratch. As a result, I experienced a serious and unnecessary loss of time.
After the refund request was recreated, I faced logistical issues this time. It took days for the product to be picked up by the "Kolay Gelsin" courier. Although the product is currently at the Gebze warehouse and appears as “returned” on my account, I believe the approval process is being unnecessarily delayed.
As a student preparing for the university entrance exam, this delay has directly victimized me in terms of my education. I have to study in the library, but since I don’t have my headphones, I haven’t been able to study efficiently for 8 days. Since the headphone jack on my iPad is broken, I cannot use wired headphones, and because the fee I paid hasn’t been refunded, my budget to buy a new headphone is limited.
Throughout this entire process, I have contacted customer representatives dozens of times, only to be dismissed with "please wait" every time. Despite the promise of a fast refund, the process has moved even slower than normal. I have been struggling to get my refund finalized since April 19th. I demand that my fee be refunded to my card within a short time from the first application, as promised, and that the loss of time and educational grievance I experienced due to the destruction of my first refund request by a system error be taken into account.

I have been an Amazon customer since 1997, dating back to when I was living in the United States. Even back then, Amazon was already handling home deliveries efficiently, which is exactly why the company grew and became what it is today.
Yes, of course, there are times when certain products do not meet my expectations and I return them. This is precisely why customers trust Amazon and feel confident making purchases. I place 15–20 orders per day across platforms such as Amazon, Trendyol, and Hepsiburada, and I have never encountered such a threatening tone from any of them.
If necessary, we can escalate this matter to Amazon US and discuss it directly with them. Customers like me can easily move to other platforms such as Trendyol or Hepsiburada without any consequences, but Amazon risks losing loyal customers by handling situations this way.
Additionally, if I receive a product shipped from abroad that is worth less than $1 and does not match its description, I will of course return it. Otherwise, this would be enabling a scam. Many of my cancellations also occur within 30 minutes of placing the order, often before the seller has even shipped the item.

I ordered a high-end Akko mechanical keyboard from Amazon.com.tr, which was shipped from abroad. Since the quality didn’t meet my expectations, I decided to return it. Even though it was an international product, Amazon handled the return without giving me any trouble.
I only had to pay the return shipping fee at the cargo office, and after I shared the receipt with customer support, they refunded me the full amount. I paid 1500 TL for shipping, and they processed the refund as promised.
Everything went well, but the whole process took longer than it should have—so I'm giving it one point less. Still, solid support overall.

On June 23rd, I purchased the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro Adventure Combo from the Amazon mobile app, with the seller listed as Amazon.com.tr. It was a gift for my daughter and her husband. Since the item was not shipped by Saturday, I called customer service. The representative assured me that there was no issue, that the product was ready for shipment, and it would be shipped on Sunday to arrive on Monday – the promised delivery date. Trusting this information, I arranged my schedule accordingly.
However, on Monday morning, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled without any explanation, and that I would be refunded.
This has caused me both financial and emotional distress:
I now have to buy the same product at a higher price, meaning I suffer a direct loss.
The money I allocated for this purchase has lost value in the meantime, considering I could have placed it in a high-interest account.
I also missed out on a limited-time bank campaign I joined through Amazon, which I can no longer benefit from.
As a salaried employee, I do not have the means to cover these unexpected losses. I never requested a cancellation, and I am now demanding that Amazon fulfill my order and take responsibility for this issue.

At second of the April, I ordered a tripod from amazon.com.tr, I'm a prime member and I also paid extra for fast delivery, The item was supposed to be delivered at 4th of April but today is 6th of April and they haven't even sent it yet. I called DHL and asked if they could let me know where my package is and they told me that they had never received the package, amazon only shared the parcel number and that means they didn't give it to cargo yet. But amazon's "super duper mega ultra great customer service" refused to refund me until they receive back the product from me. These people can't understand any language because their brains don't work or something but they definitely don't understand the part that they have never even sent it. So they lost it in their warehouse right before they were to deliver it, or someone stole it but they marked it as a sent product and they even called DHL and asked them if they had received the package and they said no on the phone and they confirmed that it was never sent, but these people still refuse to refund me until they find the product they have never sent. Never ever trust amazon for anything. They're the absolute worst ever online retailer I have seen so far. And the express delivery is totally a scam because even when you order multiple products from the same seller, actually even if you order two very small sd cards that can easily fit in one package and one single delivery but they rather charge twice for fast delivery for the same product and they send it with different shipments so they can profit more off two charges for fast delivery instead of one. It's a scam. And they can't even track the parcel they charge around 30 euros to send. Amazon = an army of scammers.

Amazon: worst shopping experience ever
I bought a Besafe brand car seat from Amazon for 7,400 TL for my 2.5-year-old daughter on 18 Jan 2024. Amazon put this product, which is used for security purposes, in a bag and threw it into its own box, and the product arrived shaking and crashing. I did not accept this product and asked for a replacement. I said that I wanted an unopened car seat in its original box. Customer services apologized and said that they would immediately replace it and send the product with the original box. I waited, and the product arrived again put in a bag and thrown into a parcel! I was incredibly upset, I talked to customer service again, they apologized again and said they would replace it. I started waiting, exactly 2 weeks passed, there was no sound or sound. So I contacted Amazon (by the way, there isn't even a phone number you can call on their page, you can only chat), but they only remembered to send the product. But what happened? They put the product in a bag in the same way, put it in a parcel and sent it! It's an incredible thing! I contacted the chat again, I was very angry, they told me that I could return the product if I wanted. 3) During this one month, he ran a Hepsiburada campaign and sold the same car seat for 5,599 TL (I bought it from Amazon for 7,400 TL). But I missed this discounted campaign because I paid the money to Amazon and was waiting for my order from them! On top of that, there has been a price increase, and now the same seat is sold for 9.386TL on Hepsiburada and exactly 11.249TL on Amazon itself! So now, if I try to buy the car seat again, I have to pay 9-10 thousand TL!
3) You cannot imagine the anger and sadness I experienced. Each time, the company made a promise and sent a car seat, a safety product, as if mocking and mocking, in the same way, put in a bag and thrown into a parcel.

Made a large order on Amazon Turkey, payed extra for express delivery to try and insure arrival, having already quiet a few parcels in the past never making it or canceled or lost. I monitored the tracking, it left Holland via Germany got to Istanbul stayed stuck there for a week, then got notified that the delivery failed and I would be refunded.. Crazy!!
