I'm on of those guys

I'm one of those guys that never leave a comment, or a rating. Except when it's inacceptable. I was a loyal Amazon customer for several years, I spent thousands of dollars and whenever I had the choice between Amazon or another seller i took Amazon even if it was a bit more expensive. One day one item (less than 30€) didn´t get delivered even though it was flagged as delivered. I called the customer service and the response that I got after moments of waiting is we gonna open an "investigation" and you have to wait several days. I told them the minimum would be to resend the item while this "investigation" is ongoing. He/She said no we can´t. I closed my account.

The worst service I met for now.

The worst service I met for now.

I have purchased goods, Amazon took the money (there is a withdrawal in the bank), and in 20 minutes they have blocked my account and now they request who knows what document in a loop. I have already sent them the bank statement 3 times.

So as for now: I cannot enter the account, cannot reach the support, cannot cancel the order and return money.

Telephone number found in the internet doesn't work. So no way to call them.

Such a huge name "amazon", and such poor experience.

Cannot recommend this place for purchasing anything.

"Our New Employee Made a Mistake"

This is my first and last order on Amazon.com.tr

I bought a laptop, but it wasn't working. It wasn't well packaged, no wonder why it didn't work.

Before returning the package, I contacted customer service about this issue and they approved the order return and they asked me whether I want a refund or a replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement.

When the return package reached their warehouse. I immediately contacted customer service again to make it clear that I wanted a replacement rather than a refund. They assured me that I will get a replacement if stock is still available.

The next day and for the third time, I contacted them again to stress out that I wanted a replacement because the automated email they sent me stated that I will get a refund and it was just bugging me. They asked me to wait 3 days for processing then they will send the replacement.

I waited because I had no other choice. I was just wondering how hard it would be if they had shipped my laptop in a good packaging and tested it before they ship it.

Anyway, after 3 days I was surprised to know that they decided to make a refund instead of sending a replacement.

The product is in stock and has the same price . Why don't they send me a new laptop?

I contacted customer service for an explanation. She said that her new colleague made a mistake.

I made the order with my international card so I lost about $25 from currency exchange fees. That's what I got from this bad experience besides wasting my time.

Amazon can not(!) sending my AirPods to me!

I bought airpods 2 years ago from
you, but the warranty that should have been 2 years but it seems to be 1 year? That's why they accepted to replace my product with a new one, I sent my old product to you on July 5th, I've been waiting for the new product to be shipped since July 7th. but still not sent. They said that they couldn’t approve shipment because of the system problems?!? And they are not sending my good which is already belong to me! I do not have anything right now! After those process with Amazon Turkey I reached to Amazon and they said buy order has come from Amazon France, I need to reach to Amazon France?!? How is that logical to say call Amazon France to solve your problem about a good that I bought from Amazon Turkey? Not Amazon Turkey neither Amazon did not helping me to solve my problem. I have huge disappointment with Amazon brand. There is no one know what to do at customer service and no one is trying to help me!

Amazon wont deliver product even after nearly 3 months

Ordered a "Fractal Torrent" pc case via amazon.com.tr(Seller is amazon germany) and I haven't recieved it since. Order was placed on 28th of January 2022. These two pieces of information should be enough to describe how i feel about it. Their customer service cant even provide me with a date for when will it ship. The best knowledge i gathered from them was "its still in the supply phase". After nearly 3 months its still in SUPPLY phase. A company; which is a "worlwide brand" for trade, "cant" even supply people with which they have purchased. This must be the definition of useless, I assume. Wow just wow. I'm really "glad" that i ordered this from amazon, if else what would i do...

What can you say? Amazon is a leader in terms of online shopping. Good shop with a lot of variety. You can buy almost anything here.

They charged me double for somehow

They charged me double for somehow. And ı did talk with them about it immediately. The lady ı talked was so helpful and refunded me in 10 minutes! even 1 week later they called me and apologized to me for the mistake. Great customer service for sure!

Turkish Amazon ignores the Customer emails and declines Customer request to get contacted by an English speaking advisor

I've purchased a charging cable/adaptor previously but it didn't work, I wanted to return it and after some minor hassle, I achieved to get it returned but the seller started asking me irrelevant troubleshooting questions about the item. So I contacted AmazonTR again and finally they told me they would refund the money. That was fine except I have lost money due to currency change and the price of another item I had to pay to replace this faulty one, was already increased. So AmazonTR told me that they wanted to give me some kind of gift code to cover my loss. I said okay. 1 week passed. Refund arrived. But no gift no code no compensation for my loss due to that price changes. I wanted to contact AmazonTR again and they considered my email as a "feedback" and they thanked me. They didn't even care to read my first email. Then I posted it on Twitter and the AmazonTR agents on Twitter are the worst. They don't help they continuously tell "send an email". I told them that I ve sent an email and didnt get an answer since a week. Their answer is "send an email". Then they even became rude and mouthracing with me. I said I wanted to be contacted by an English speaker Amazon agent. They declined this request too. So if you are in Turkey, your only chance is this kind of AmazonTR folks which do not relly help. I have my Amazon experience with Amazon USA, Amazon UK, Amazon Italy and unfortunately AmazonTR. I will try to avoid AmazonTR at any cost. Because I don't want to pay just to get angry!

i didn't get my order and i didn't get my money /siparişimi almadım ve paramı almadım

i paid extra money for a quick delivery ! they said you will get your order in less than 24 H , now after 3days i am tring to contact them ... there is no phone number to call ... you cannot even send them an Email ...
in result i didnt get neither my order nor my money ..

Hızlı teslimat için fazladan para ödedim! 24 saatten daha kısa sürede siparişinizi alacağınızı söylediler, şimdi 3 gün sonra onlarla iletişim kurmaya çalışıyorum ... arayabileceğiniz bir telefon numarası yok ... onlara bir e-posta bile gönderemiyorsunuz ...
Sonuç olarak ne siparişim ne de param gelmedi..

Best website in Turkey

Best website in Turkey. I'm American and live in Istanbul. Other online retailers use bad delivery companies but Amazon Turkey has a an amazing company for its deliveries that has a tracking feature where you see (live) your delivery driver and can change time/date of delivery in case you have to be out of the house unexpectedly. If it is not on amazon Turkey then I will try to buy it in person because the other companies are just amateurs especially in terms of service and also the cargo companies they contract out with. Their company is called Kolay Gelsin and if it is not delivered with Kolay Gelsin, I cancel the order (if I order from Amazon).

Wow. Just wow!

Amazon came to Turkey like a gamechanger. I have the prime subscription and when I buy something from there, it comes a day later. There's so much thing to learn about their shipping system. It's just flawless. Ten outta ten!
