I had a down payment on my account from Amazon seller USA and this company very kindly attended to me, solved my problem in 12 Hours and always the deal was with respect and kindness. We had six unsuccessful interactions with Amazon, over a 3 week period, trying to resolve an authenticity issue. We reached out to AmazonAppreal, and 7 days later the problem was cleared up without any additional work on our part. Quite simply, they got the job done.

I used this service about 6 months ago. I was suspended for "inauthentic item complaints". He was quick and concise, I was up and selling again in just a few days. I was desperate and scared, but this really paid for itself quickly. I'm a very happy customer and would certainly recommend him for anyone that gets the dreaded suspension hammer of death!

My account was suspended in Dec, 21, 2016 due to IP infringement, and I was told there were a 60% chance to get it reinstated, so I paid the 24 hr service of $599 to get a plan of action letter, and submitted to Amazon. After 6 weeks waiting, and it seemed that my account suspended forever(Hello, We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com. We may not respond to further emails about this issue). Contacted amazonappeal.com through the email, but could not get any response from them, it seems they will not take care of your case once you got the decision letter from Amazon, very sad!

Even if you've lost hope and don't really believe in change, these guys look at the problem from absolutely different scope. They work for every cent paid to them. I am very happy with the service I got! I had reached out to two other companies to help with my account being suspended on Amazon. One company sent me one email and i never heard from them again, costing me three days of having my account down waiting for them to help. The other company said my case was tricky and they could not be sure of getting me back up.

When I contacted amazonappeal.com they were right on it, calling me on the phone with no uncertainties of getting me back up and active on Amazon. I submitted the appeal letter they gave me Mon night and was back up before noon the next day. I was so happy to have a helpful person who was in really good communication with me on this. I already recommended them to a friend and will highly recommend to them others who have this problem.

Paid $499 48 hours service and finally got a letter after 4 days. Didn't pass Amazon review. Amazon required more information, he asked me to answer the Amazon questions by myself and submitted again, still failed. I requested a second letter, they keep asking me to send the first letter to Amazon again. Joke! Finally got the second letter after several requests, now the result is my account is permanently suspended by Amazon and I have no more choice to appeal. Do not waist your money, your time and your choice for appeal.

Easy to work with, got a response quickly and our account is back up.

The appeal they supplied was very different to what I was going to produce. You can really tell they speak Amazon well. All it took was one attempt to get back to selling. Thanks!!

Where to start, David took care of us like a pro.
