I am so thankful I came across this company. It was worth every penny. If your business is worth something to you - use these guys without any hesitation. But not certain it is worth it. Kept having to ask if they could check my listings and they didnt give advise as i wanted but.... In the end got what i wanted.

I was so skeptical getting screwed over with companies online etc. When I spoke with Joshua, he seemed legitimate but you never know. I spoke to him a few times before getting a letter (within 24 hours) - I then gained trust because he answered most of the times.

First letter was not accepted, but second letter was. Josh really thought about the letters, he didnt just wrote something up.

I recieved a long appeal response and waited 2 days to submit it until most of my orders had been shipped like I was instructed to do. When I was suspended my 7 day late shipment rate was at 23%. When I submitted my appeal my 10 day late shipment was at 10% and my 7 day had dropped to 0%. My account was reinstated within 30 minutes of me sending in my appeal. Thank you!!!!
