One of the front tires was bald and the cigarrete conector didnt work so we couldnt charge the phone. Besides that everything else was great. Good customer service from the office staff

The service was amazing, Victor, the guy that go for us to the airport, was very kind and explain us everything about the service, the contract, the benefits and the options that we have with car. The insurance was good and it's included in the payment.

La atención y el servicio en general…
La atención y el servicio en general fue muy bueno, la recepción y entrega fue muy ágil, el coche estaba en muy buen estado, salvo por que la cajuela no tenía la tabla q cubre la llanta de refacción, solo la alfombra y eso a veces complica alinear las maletas, pero no se si eso es una característica del auto o si es un detalle del mismo

Quiero compartir una muy buena experiencia con esta renta de autos, especialmente con la persona que nos atendió JORGE LÓPEZ. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, paciente y profesional, siempre dispuesto/a a resolver nuestras dudas y ayudarnos en todo el proceso.
El servicio fue claro, rápido y nos hizo sentir con mucha confianza durante toda la renta. Se agradece muchísimo encontrar personas que realmente se preocupan por brindar una buena atención al cliente y hacer que la experiencia sea cómoda y sencilla.
