I have made an order (order # 112550761) for a costume on October 21 and it still has not shipped nor did I receive any tracking number. I am frustrated because I ordered ten days ahead just in case something would happen. It is considered false advertisement to put “ships in 12 hours” on your costumes yet it’s been over 6 days (144 hours since) and still nothing. I need this before Halloween (October 31) or I want a refund. I have emailed you guys several times asking if you could ship my item to me.
