I ordered 4 costumes total 3 size M/L and one size S/M. These are literal children size and they won’t do anything about it. A 125 lb female that is 5’4 should fit in a medium large. Something is wrong when it doesn’t even go past my legs or zip up. The Small Medium would fit a young child. I WASTED MY MONEY AND THEY WONT DO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Terrible shop. Getting very worried about my order as the website states it takes 2 days to process but it’s been over a week and I’ve still not received shipping confirmation. Also tried to email a few times and no one gets back to me.

Hoping it comes in time for Halloween but I have a feeling I won’t, I spent a lot of money on shipping too.

I have had a very bad experience with this place. I placed my order about a week ago and have not received any updates on my order at all. It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten an email with my tracking information and there are no updates on where my package is. It should not take this long for a package to ship and this place should update their customers if there are issues with the order.

Orderd almost $100 worth of product, got a product confirmation (and paid for priority shipping) but never got a shipping confirmation and the order still says 'processing' over one week later. I can't get ahold of anyone via email or customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. realizing from the other reviews that I should have never given them money.

Easy to find the products you want. Easy website and they have many different styles so whatever you like they probably have it on their website! Great experience!

I’m about to head out to the warehouse to get what I paid for. Worst clothing company experience. Not even a foreign company would treat me like this. Scum business taking peoples money .

costumes are in such good condition and not cheap feeling. the prices are so amazing and i had so many people at halloween partys ask where my costume was from. i referred amic club to at least 10 people that night. can wait to buy more on here!

I placed an order on September 13th for 2 items. It has now been almost a month and still nothing. I have called over a hundred times to only have my call answered once. I recommend going somewhere more reliable.

I ordered a halloween outfit and was waiting for my tracking number to be sent to me. It has been several days and everyone else I ordered with already got their tracking number. I have emailed, been on hold for 30 minutes twice already, and have been hung up on. Do not buy from here they are a completely scam

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
This company is a SCAM!!! After sitting hold with their customer service line for 30 minutes with no answer. 10 minuets later I got a random call from a man that claims to be a customer service agent and is asking me odd questions and Is telling me to open my browsers on my computer and type in some weird code so he had access. I hung up and have not received an email back from customer service. I paid for expedited shipping for my order to be here for the event I needed it for and I still have not been given a tracking number, it has been days.

I ordered a bunny halloween costume about a week ago and it came about two days ago and it was a maid costume! i’ve tried emailing and calling the company to get the right costume that I paid for and no response! No idea what to do!

I ordered a month ago for a Halloween costume and I ordered a devil once I got it turns out it wasn’t what I even ordered they gave me a cowgirl costume instead I called and they said they will send me the right one and I should get a tracking number soon. I got no tracking number and when it arrived I opened my order and turns out it was the wrong one again this time I got a ninja costume and a size large and looks used I am a size small no where near a large!! They don’t seem to check if the oder matches before they send it out!! Both times I received the wrong order I would like a refund I payed 100 dollars for a devil costume and didn’t receive it. I’m never shopping on this website again!!😡😭😭

I never received my tracking number! I emailed them and got no response. I’m sad because it’s my Halloween costume that I have been wanting for years.

I never received a confirmation email and I have a trip coming up! I ordered $80 worth of clothes from this website a week ago with no confirmation. I’m pissed. Especially because this is my first experience with this company. You can’t say that my email address was incorrect because it’s automatically entered per my computer. I have emailed the affiliate email address about my concerns and have heard nothing in return. Never in my life I’ve ever had so much trouble with a company. I need my clothes for my vacation ASAP!

I never got a confirmation email and no answer to your phone number I had emailed my name and email again just in case I put the wrong email. With that being said I don’t even know my order number.

So far I'm nervous about your services. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. The money for my order was immediately withdrawn from my account. But I have yet to receive an email from amiclubwear. No confirmation, no ORDER#, NO tracking #. NO THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER. NOTHING!

Cheap fabric.. not good at. Will not buy from them again. I ordered 3 items. 2 dresses and a lace teddy (lingerie) 2 dresses are ok nothing special and I’ll probably just wear them around the house, no way would I wear them out, completely see through and also one dress the cut is weird. Lace teddy is awful and dosen’t look at all like the picture. The items don’t even have the company name tag or washing instructions on the garment that’s how cheap they are. Waited over a month for crap items. Will take my business elsewhere. $100 down the drain 😡
