Ordered 3 costumes on the 14th it still has not shipped nor are their any updates :( I really need this before Halloween weekend. If not I will sadly have to dispute this with my bank to get my money back. I usually order from you almost every year and never had any issues until now. I hope to get some kind of updates please. No one answers the emails and no one answers the phones. So upsetting my Order #112589042

DONT ORDER HERE. ordered two weeks ago and it still did not ship. they will not answer their phone! wasted over 100 dollars. i got a costume and it definitely will not come for halloween. I am going to contact my bank.

Until one year ago amiclubwear was one of the top in quality, price and service.
Yet all now you can get is scam.
Very bad customer service. Phone never answer, emails never been replied to. No body to answer your questions or reply.
All orders comes missing items,
No tracking or shipping.
Last order All my shoes comes without boxes?!.
Order of 23 items. Came only 11 items, with no where to find someoone to talk to.
So bad. Better be away from it. Unless you want waste your money, Time, and no where or anyone to answer to you..

Where is order #112587800… I ordered this oct 11th and 10 days later there hasnt been a shipment email. Your site states 2 days of processing and then it should ship. I paid for priority shipping I needed my costumes by tmrw, I want a FULL REFUND instead I won’t be needing them.

Placed an order on Monday, October 4, 2021. Today is Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Still have not received notification that the order has shipped. Order #112584933.

Update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company on October 25, 2021, and a few hours later AmiClubwear sent me a USPS tracking number. Coincidence?

May 2022 edit: I did receive my order weeks afterward. I had to include this because the company believes the facts above include "content which goes against Trustpilot's guidelines." I'm simply telling exactly what happened.

I ordered a costume from here on October 13th order #112588916, a week later and still no update on shipping and need it for Halloween. I am super disappointed in the service and upset my costume possibly won't be here on time.

I placed an order on October 12 and my order is still processing. As per your shipping information, processing only takes 2 days. Why is my order still processing and when is it going to be shipped? I need my order before October 31st. This is truly unacceptable!!

Do no order from here. They do not pick up the customer service number or email you back. I stayed on the customer line for over 1 hour and email several times. My order#112585100 is still being processed and still has not shipped. Do not order

I’ve sent them email, and they sent an automatic response email saying something about their warehouse is moving and also called these ppl a million times no response. I am going do a dispute with my bank especially after reading these reviews and not getting any responses back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There’s a reason for these sale prices. I will never order from these ppl again!!!

Where is my order?? I am about to report fraud. Without anyone reaching out about major delays in processing I feel scammed and will file a report if I do not hear soon.

Placed an order on October 7th for Halloween. It said that it would come in time, and that it would only take 2 days to process. At this time, the order is still "processing" and has not been shipped out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you do not want to receive the items you ordered. I have called and emailed numerous times to figure this out and have not gotten a response. (Order #112586623). Keep in mind, I have spent over $130 and expected to get my items in time.

I will soon be filing a claim with my bank in order to get my money back. This place is a complete scam.

Bought a hard to find costume from here a week ago & paid for expedited shipping. No answer ever to calls or emails asking for a tracking #. & reading the reviews it seems likely I was scammed too. Now I have to go through the dispute process with PayPal

Please don’t order from this company. I ordered my Halloween costume on October 1st and here we are 13 days later and it still says processing. They don’t answer emails or phone calls and after reading the reviews, I see I will never get my item. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank in the morning. This website is a scam.

I spent over $100 on costumes still is processing and am afraid it won't come before halloween. I can't even buy a new costume because I spent it on this website. I was so excited for halloween but now I can't even wear a costume for a rave and halloween day.
