Furious doesn't even begin to describe this... I contacted them about sizing based off what I was told I order 3 swimsuits these damn things are like toddler sizes and they are final sale so I can not get my money back

UPDATE:SAVE your money and buy elsewhere trust me!!! Nothing but a F'n headache. I was told I could return them, I have to pay for returns which it's gonna cost more than I pain for the damn order and they will charge a restock fee and I can only receive store credit like w.t.f this company is a joke. The sizes are like Asian size way to small for any real woman's figure . So now I'm outta 60$ never will I buy from this company again. I guess I'll try and resell these swimsuit online and make my money back

This has been one the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and I’ve shopped with them before. I ordered 6 or 7 items and also did two air and still have yet to get a tracking number or anything and I ordered may 19th and it’s may 24. And you can’t get ahold of someone. I’ve never had this problem before shopping with them I don’t know what’s going but this is horrible. AMI1001100739

Very disappointing exchange with customer service. Stressful to just placed an order. I’m afraid of following through with order and requested it’s cancellation since order wasn’t shipped after 5 days and they are refusing to. I wouldn’t recommend. They are not what they used to be

SCAM
SCAM. Don't buy. Ordered on the 28th of Feb and now its March and I still haven't received my order .No order processed. Email 6 times and had no response and tried to call a number times but they DO NOT RESPOND. MY Order number is My order number is AMI100195636. My order is 256$ and still has not arrived after 1 month. No tracking number and no Response from their customer services.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. Received 1 item other states a backorder took it up with Paypal they win case. I go to my account all this changed information now all of a "sudden" the shoes I ordered they say was out of stock and taken out of my "cart" "Really" why am I still being charged on my bank statement and on paypal for the shoes if the shoes were not in stock? Why was they showing on their website as them having them in stock? Never again will I shop with this "rip off" company so "desperate" to keep my money for the shoes I purchased. I brought converses at my mall im sure they will last more than there lousy 9.99 shoes and if I need to get a refund I can without receiving store credit because I didnt pay with store credit when they were purchased.

I made an order on January 21. It still says processing I sent 2 emails asking what was going on with my order and never got a reply. I am very disappointed. I used to buy from this company in the past, what has happened to it??

Ordered on black fri. ok a busy day, I understand that...BUT they shipped my order to the wrong address (lucky for them i found it!), didn't bother to tell me 2 items weren't included, sent the wrong jeans for 1 pr. and the wrong size and style for another pr...when i finally did get the package it was a disaster..shoes all over their boxes ruined etc..i will NEVER order form them again!

I placed order on Jan 8th. Still says processing - called dozen times no one answers the phone. Sent many emails no one got back so far.

Gina- the USPS tracking number you give says the item is still in your warehouse and the you have not handed the item off to USPS.

2nd Update -Gina I called USPS and they are waiting for you tell them when to pick it up. What is the delay? Did you just make the label without having the item to shipped? This is looking like a total scam company.

SCAM. Don't buy. Ordered 18days ago. No order processed. Email 4 times to cancel order and get refund. Call customer service, no response.

Placed an order for approximately $200 on December 13th 2021. The order still has not shipped. I've emailed twice and have not received a response. I've called and after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, I was prompted to leave a voicemail which I did and have not received a call back. I just want a refund at this point but it's not looking promising!

BEWARE OF POTENTIAL SCAM. Do NOT buy from Amiclubwear. Ordered 2 items in October. Only one item shipped and the other was stated to be on backorder. Backorder item never arrived and no calls, emails or voicemails were answered. I have still not spoken to one person about receiving a refund.

Really really bad.

I ordered a swimsuit. looks nothing like it and i ordered a small, but the swimsuit that came wouldn't fit my 8 year old sister let alone me being 5'8". Then i tried to get an exchange and they just sent me a link with their return policy saying they can't help me.

Hi , ive never receive any comfirmation , + i pay for fast shipping that cost me more then the original transaction, never had comfirmation , but you guys did take the paiement , try calling twice straight to the voice mail, im about to call my visa compagny , please awnser me with a tracking number or no later then tonight im calling the bank ,

Won't answer any calls or emails, want an update on my order

I purchased an outfit for $200. I got an email from amiclubwear saying that it is "out of stock" and would I like a refund or a store credit. I said I would like a REFUND. And they never got back to me. NO REPLY. I have emailed them over 5 times now and have not heard back, weeks now. It’s really upsetting to work hard for your money and be scammed like this from a company that’s apparently so popular. It is disgusting!!!!

I have ordered a costume on the 21st and chose priority mail because i need it for the 30th but I didn’t get a tracking number till YESTERDAY NIGHT a full 7 days to shipping and I paid extra and the website said it would come before the 31st. I’m tracking my package now and it’s says I’ll get it on Nov 1st are you f***in serious

I ordered on the 21st and still haven't received my shipping information. I needed the cloths for halloween and havent gotten a response from phone or email!

Placed an order about a week ago and it was advertised on the website that this item will be shipped out in 12hours… it’s been a week and my order still has not been shipped out. I will not be receiving this by Halloween. No one answers emails or phones, I have emailed several times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM. I will be disputing with my bank.
