Don’t buy from here!! The clothes is very cheap, they take long to ship out items, they don’t like to give refunds! They have soo many FAKE reviews in Google. I don’t know how these scammers are still in business

Would like to give a good review but despite placing order on July 9th still have not received item’s as of July 19th despite being asked to review twice. Tracking says items have not even shipped!

I has sent email and messenger and they did NOT reply back to me because I want refund now

I am frustrated and not satisfied with them.

Disgusting service I am STILL waiting for my refund almost a month later. The item I ordered was not in stock. I have emailed at least 4 times. I was emailed back once saying I would recieve a refund within 24 hours this was about 3 weeks ago ... PLEASE reply ASAP and give me my refund!

This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. I have place on order with them to have the item ship with two days for $112.00 us roughly. They take almost two weeks to ship the two day express service and tell me that I paid for 6-10 days service. I send them a screen shot of the order and send over 15 emails since then and I have not receive one email acknowledge from the customer service team or tracking service. They send a tracking number and it shows that the item is on its way. I spend the whole day home waiting for the order to be deliver and it didn't happen. When I check the tracking again it says the courier had attempt to deliver and I wasn't home. And they have leave me a message. None of this is true. I tried to contact the courier USPS they don't have an email address or phone number in UK. I liaise back with Amiclub and all my email went unanswered. The deadline for the item to wear has pass, I have to spend money buy alternative items. This company seem to enjoy taking money from customers and cannot provide a decent service. Avoid this company like plague don't buy from them, its not worth the trouble. They are not what they were 10 years ago.

I should have read the reviews! This company is a complete SCAM!! I have called left several voices! Sent several emails! I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE BACK FROM THIS COMPANY!! I PAID $50 for 2 day shipping!! For an order total of $176 of swimsuits for my honeymoon!! I am needing these by the end of next week and this company has not shipped my order and has not responded back to any of my calls or emails!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! COMPLETE SCAM!! FAKE COMPANY!! I am REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM THERE IS TO WARN AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN ABOUT THE SCAM THAT IS THIS COMPANY! ALSO REPORTING TO GOOGLE TO GET THEM OFF THE INTERNET SO THAT THEY CAN NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYMORE PEOPLE!

If not that there’s no way to write a review without giving at least a star, I would have given NO STARS! I have known Amiclubwear since 2014 with quality shoes and clothes, although I haven’t bought from them for a while so I looked up some reviews and found NUMEROUS HORRIBLE reviews which should discourage me from buying but I went ahead for some reason! I received the 4 rags they sent since December 30, 2022. I can’t even give those supposed clothes to my worst enemy to wear! They won’t connect me to talk directly to any staff but would reply emails with their nonsense policy!

I purchased almost $500 worth of clothes from this website OVER TWO WEEKS AGO on Dec 20th, 2022. My order number is #AMI1001122121

I was hoping my clothes would maybe be here by Christmas, but I wasn’t fully counting on it, but at LEAST by new years. Well, it wasnt here by new years, and now here we are, on 6 January, with no update about my order. This is insane, half a thousand dollars worth of clothes. If I would’ve known what I was stepping into, I never would have purchased from this website. I never got an update in my email that the order was ever shipped. Right after I placed my order, I received an email from Amiclubwear stating that i would get an updated email when they shipped my order… and that email never came. So here we are, 17 DAYS later, I have heard nothing from them. It still says “order processing” and I’m not certain I’ll ever receive my clothes at all. I’m about to claim fraud because this is INSANE and they need to be held accountable! I have called, emailed, written them on multiple websites with no response. At first I figured it was the holidays, but this is crazy! The simple fact that NO ONE has responded to even EMAILS? Ami clubwear PLEASE make this right! I can’t even believe this.

I ordered on december 23rd & item still not shipped . They never answer the phone or reply to email . My order number is 1001122220 .

It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with them whether it is email, text, or phone call. They don’t answer either of those and it’s just ridiculous because I need to return my order but there was no return slip provided. I called 3 times on different days and sat on hold for almost 20 minutes each time along with nobody responding to my emails. My big thing is will I even get my money back if i return it and i can’t even get into contact with them to let them know why and when i’m sending it back. Their products are eye catching but don’t get it mixed up the sizes don’t match up. ALSO horrible quality halloween costumes and it can literally fit a child even though I ordered a medium/large.

I am so disappointed in this purchase. I ordered the Blue race car racer 2pc sexy costume size SM/blue. The only good thing about this purchase was how fast it came. When I opened the package the 2 piece outfit looked like it would fit a young child. I usually wear a size small in everything, but this was outrageously small. It is not accurate in sizing at all! The sizing looks like an xxs/xs. Also The quality of the costume was awful. Strings from the shirt were coming out everywhere. The patches on the shirt were halfway sewn on, so they are lifting. Also there are two holes in my shirt. It looks like they made this outfit in less than 10 minutes. I will not be purchasing from here ever again!

I placed an order for Halloween costume on October 1st for bunny ears and body suit . My order was delivered with only bunny ears and missing body suit . Will never order from them again. They never sent the item even after emailing saying my order was complete and delivered. Spend your money elsewhere this company is no good

This company is absolutely horrible! I have been waiting ages for my items to be shipped and have emailed about 5 times and no response. Their Customer service is absolutely ridiculous I would never recommend them to anyone!!

I ordered 15 pairs of shoes from them and they took my money and never shipped my shoes! They ignored all of my messages asking about my order! They sent me a fake tracking number that never updated and only said that a label was created! I finally contacted their phone number and after waiting on hold nearly 20 minutes, some lady came on the line and lied and said that my tracking would update to shipped to the next day and that I would receive it on July 27th! My tracking never updated and I never received my shoes! July 27th came and and still nothing! Mind you, I placed this order on July 17th and it said it was shipped on July 19th. I was sent a text stating that it would arrive on July 21st! It never came and the tracking number never updated to shipped, it only shows that a label was created! I called them on July 22nd. I also sent them numerous messages on IG shop which they ignored! I had to contact my CC company to file a claim! Instagram opened a claim as well because they never responded to my messages and the tracking number is fake! Don’t shop with these scammers!!

I have been a customer for AMI clubwear for over 15 years. But what I experienced last week was nothing like I have a experienced before with this company. I ordered four items and only received three .they telling me that I have all of my items. I have no reason to lie the item that is missing is a $10 dress why would I need to lie about a $10 dress. I’ve been emailing they telling me that they gonna get back to me I’ve been leaving voicemails no return. I’m just trying to get my money back on my dress. The quality and the clothes that AMI have now it’s nothing like before they cheaply made they do a replica of outfits is that the authentic or original outfits which is a bother to me because before they had quality clothes. after I get the situation handled I will not purchase from this company again. I lovED AMI clubwear and used tell a lot of people about this company and I have spent a good amount of money in this company but after the situation I will not anymore

Used to be a good company. Use to have awesome clothes & shoes for good quality. Not anymore. The last two years they have gotten so cheap & fake. Their sizes don't fit anymore. Their shipping takes longer & more expensive. They don't do any returns anymore so don't waste your money. You can email & email & no one will reply. It teamed up with some Chinese clothing company. Waste of money.

They are not what they used to be, I ordered a few items from them, but the shipment came with 2 missing items, which are1pair of sandals and 1pair of black shoes. However, in the shipment slip, they marked that everything was sent over, who does that? that is bad! I called and emailed nobody to answer me or return my calls or emails. That is not a good way to do business! I don't know what to do to get my items or my money back!
