A nightmare to deal with from start to finish. Emails not returned when i asked for dates my premiums would be due. Put my premiums up without any notification. When i cancelled my policy i was due a refund. After nearly 3 months i still haven't received it. I would avoid them at all costs.

I cancelled my one of my car insurance policies with AMP after selling one of cars. I was assured this was cancelled and any left over balance would be transferred to my remaining car insured. AMP has continued to take money out of my account anyway.
AMP phone services don’t seem to be able to look up anything but the policy number so calling on the phone is useless unless you have this number on you.
I am unable to access the website via my phone only on laptop. It keeps saying the password/ user name is wrong however I’m using the same one on both devices.
As I was unable to resolve my issue on the phone I attempted to email the email listed. I got an automatic reply to this saying that the email is not monitored and to try calling.
Unfortunately calling is only Monday to Friday during work hours. This has been an absolute muck around and anything to do with changing policies at this company seems to be the case. They are however very quick to sign you up and take money.
Still yet to be refunded the money they owe me. I guess it will all have to wait until Monday when they reopen. I hate to think what would happen at this company should I actually have to make a claim. Defiantly considering going through the hassle of changing companies. I do not recommend this one. The only benefit that they offer is that they are very affordable.

Best Insurance ever Had.
I use these guys before for my 3 cars , House and content insurance. Service was amazing and super helpful staff . Going to switch my insurance again with these guys.
