These guys are a bunch of fraudulent scammers and they don't like to allow u to cancel so that they can keep charging u money I've been trying to cancel for well over a year nd nothing happened I fill the form out and everything so here's wat I want and that is to be refunded for all those charges from when I canceled sonetime ago nd cancel wat evervmy name is on pronto or I will see u in court....do not trust these frauders they are not wat they say they can't be trusted at all

This company is not trustworthy. I signed up on June 20, 2023. I tried to cancel in late November of that same year and they got back to me on the 24th saying they “typically have a one year contract commitment” (even though on their website it says “cancel anytime” right on the front). They said I had 2 options: 1) sign a physical form and it would take 30-60 business days to process the request in which I would still be getting charged $20/week. 2) they can expedite a cancellation in 24 hours if I pay a $80 cancellation fee. I chose option 2 and never heard back from them. They still kept charging me every week and a year later on December 11/2024 I emailed them again with the cancellation form this time. I got an email back the same day that they received it, are processing it, and it should take 30-60 business days until it cancels and then all my information would be out of their system. Well what do you know, it’s wayyyyy past 60 business days and I am still being charged! I sent another email on April 1/2025 and heard nothing back from them. Just checked my bank account today and they took money from me again. I sent 2 emails today again. I’m doing the steps they want for a cancellation and they can’t even honour that?! What kind of a company does something like that! I just want my account cancelled, my info out of their system, and to never see their name on my bank statements ever again! Stop taking money from me!

I have been attempting to cancel this account since August 16, 2023. It is now April 1, 2025 and this company has fraudulently charged me $20 a week for the past 82 weeks, so as far am I'm concerned, they owe me a refund of $1,640 back-dated to the date of my original cancellation request.

They are a scam company that preys on financially vulnerable people and absolutely cannot be trusted.

Run away from this scammers, they are taking money from my bank account, now I have to close my bank and look for a new one.

After sign up it was made very clear to me in the welcome email, what I signed up for. Their website was clear and the video on the site made it even more clear. $20 weekly seems a bit much, but compared to the fees of a consumer proposal, I was happy to pay the weekly fee. I followed the program for 6 months and my credit score improved. I was also able to get a loan through their lender and got a secured card, which I wasn't sure about at first, but the agent explained it was another great way to improve my credit score. I would rate them a 5 stars if the weekly fee was a little cheaper, other than that great company!

I didn’t get approved after pre approval. I was still charged $20 for 6 weeks. You should owe me $120! Karma will come for Amplified Credit. You can comment that it’s all over your website! I didn’t get approved and you still took from me. Crooks!

They were told to cancel my account..but refused..they keep taking $20 every 2 was. But now under a different company name.

r Texas and I live in Canada and never signed any paper work I have the police and the RCMP imvolved he guys I never ever got anything from them never heard of them till.i.checked my bank,people call the police the R CMP and the National fraud unit I have already called them and call.your bank and stop any payments coming from that company.or area I have already done it and if they try to touchy bank account again they will be mighty.sorry facing 4 walls for 20nyears or the rest of their miserable life is to good for them but they will be very very very sorry so stay away from my bank you will have the biggest fight of your life you barked up the wrong tree this time and I won't give up till I get your ass in jail wear you belong you don't even deserve to breath the same air as ud this time believe me you dirty rotten excuses formhinan beings the electric.chair would be to easy put my.money back or you will pay get a friggin real job like the rest of us your stealing from and poor elderly people you scam how can you.sorry people I am so mad and sad to think people would do.thst when I never ever even heard of the company

They do take advantage of customers. A loan company that does not have a phone number and doesn't make it clear that you applied for a credit card and not necessarily a loan is horrible!!

Has taken advantage of a disabled senior. They insist I have agreed to pay $20/mth for a year because of a click. This is inequality of bargaining power, and in my opinion, every computer click contract is illegal. MAM. BA, LLB

I wouldn't even give them one star but didn't have a choice. Never received an email and if you are legitimate you would have checked my credit and no way would you have agreed to give me a loan.

If I could not put a star I would something I didn’t really notice until my account was $100 negative so far I’m up to over $1000 they have taken I’ve started an investigation about then now what jerks AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Amplified Credit (a.k.a. rent-value.ca) is a complete scam to get your money. It's nothing more a lead company and they don't actually give out any type of loans. They also give some processing excuse upon cancelling the membership to bill you another $20 weekly for 30 to 60 more days, plus an $80 cancellation fee, even if you don't sign or agree to any services with them. Contact your bank immediately to revoke all pre-authorized payments.

I’m very curious what names are being used as I just got scammed today I haven’t had money taken yet but at what point can someone say you signed a co tract all I did was fill out my contact info and stupid me gave account info because that’s what you have to do to get a loan! I thought I was trying to get a loan! Stay away. From this I’m trying to find out all details about this scam company please message me I didn’t agree to this and put in a cancellation for my own protection I already informed my bank and the authorities so let’s make a file and not let fraudsters get away with steal our hard earned money and praying on people that are obviously already in a bad financial state! I’m trying to fix my credit not get nsf fees and stop payments on my account!! Time to change banks again I guess!!

They did tell me they would cancel the same day if I e-transfer them $80 if they attempt to take out money I already started a file and have a corporate contract lawyer looking at aT the contract I will go full force on this if I get money removed from my bank! So please send me more info if you have it.

Absolutely a scam. I was applying for a small loan as I was desperately in need and I started to apply for this one got an email from them and I said nevermind I changed my mind no response from them and I see 20$ coming out of my account every week..I've put a stop payment through my bank thinking the problem is solved but no the company changed their name Slightly so they were able to get another 20 out of my account...I am currently on the phone with my bank to add another stop payment and to start a dispute with the company
