I’m very curious what names are being used as I just got scammed today I haven’t had money taken yet but at what point can someone say you signed a co tract all I did was fill out my contact info and stupid me gave account info because that’s what you have to do to get a loan! I thought I was trying to get a loan! Stay away. From this I’m trying to find out all details about this scam company please message me I didn’t agree to this and put in a cancellation for my own protection I already informed my bank and the authorities so let’s make a file and not let fraudsters get away with steal our hard earned money and praying on people that are obviously already in a bad financial state! I’m trying to fix my credit not get nsf fees and stop payments on my account!! Time to change banks again I guess!!

They did tell me they would cancel the same day if I e-transfer them $80 if they attempt to take out money I already started a file and have a corporate contract lawyer looking at aT the contract I will go full force on this if I get money removed from my bank! So please send me more info if you have it.

Absolutely a scam. I was applying for a small loan as I was desperately in need and I started to apply for this one got an email from them and I said nevermind I changed my mind no response from them and I see 20$ coming out of my account every week..I've put a stop payment through my bank thinking the problem is solved but no the company changed their name Slightly so they were able to get another 20 out of my account...I am currently on the phone with my bank to add another stop payment and to start a dispute with the company

they've charged me over 140 dollars now, for what I have no idea what "services" they even provide. There number to reach them is no longer listed. Emailed them several time to cancel they keep giving me the run around. Best to avoid this "company". December 2024 - They have now took it to another of the scam companies, claiming I owe them money, and have written me several emails (which they have not).

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! I WAS APPLYING FOR A LOAN TURNS OUT ITS NOT A LOAN ITS SOME COMPANY JUST TAKING 20$ OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATON. THEY ARE HARD TO GET HOLD OF AND IF YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE (by email her name is Sheryl C? not a real person by the way)
THEY TELL YOU IT TAKE UP 30-60DAYS TO CANCEL AND THEY WILL BOLDLY KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!! We need to complain this one to canadian credit agency to stop this because they try to trick people , guys how you stop this agency taking money to your account ? i need to report this one to my bank or what give me advice thank you

After file the 30day cancel back in September 2023... have unnecessary nsf charges. They tried reaure me all my info will be erased and the hit me on Jan 5th 2024. I asked who can I talk to and the bank I'm at just let's anyone into my account. Scotiabank worst too.

I was looking for a small loan, as I am not employed.
They have been taking out 20 dollars... and I don't have it and causing me to pay NSF fees I can not afford. There is NO number for them and I just filled out the cancelation form... and put a stop payment on it.
What a headache.....STAY AWAY!!!!!

Asbolute scammers. Stay clear at all costs. Only way to opt-out is to send a Cancellation Form, which only takes effect 30 days after submitting. I've received three more deductions/withdrawls since then.
They do not communicate back.

These people are doing same to me canceled over 30 days still taking the money sometimes 40$ my bank even charged me a 40 nsf fee I can't afford this

Watch out for this company. They are 100% fraudulent. They will take money out of your account even after you cancel in writing. Absolutely bunch of crooks. They ignore emails and phone calls. They should be charged criminally for fraud.

After reading their reply which came 1.5 years later after my original post it clearly shows they do not know how to read. The reply itself is proof.

Very deceiving company, they don’t call you to explain things, they just all of a sudden start taking 20$ every week, almost instantly I requested a refund- no communication, yet still happily taking my money, after 2 weeks I was sent a cancellation form, filled out and sent back that day, STILL taking money from my account. Still with their crappy service no one can respond.
When I ask for my money back, they tell me no. That they’re entitled to keep it, as per the CONTRACT NO ONE TELLS YOU ABOUT
They make you believe you’re waiting for approval on a loan, then now it’s a pre paid credit card: these scam artists now have 250 of my money they’re not returning. RUN

If I could rate lower I would. Miserable rotten thieves. I was lead to believe I was getting a loan as well. I’m not stopping though. I’m taking them down!

They have been attempting to take money out of my account since May and I have been fighting with them since. I have sent them several emails with the so called "we will cancel you in 30 days" form. They contacted me once when I made a complaint and said it would take 30 days to stop everyting. That was over 2 months ago. I have proof of them being scammers and am currently filing a complaint through BBB and Consumers Affairs. I have stop payments on them, but these are not free. So far they owe me around $60. DO NOT EVEN PUT YOUR FIRST NAME ANYWHERE ON THEIR APPLICATION. THEY DO NOT HELP, ONLY TAKE!!
