After being recommended to us we decided to use Andrew Craig to help us sell our rental property. The staff there proved to be very patient and professional as, although the property sold quickly, there was a prolonged wait until the property actually became vacant and the sale was able to complete. We weren’t made to feel under any pressure throughout the process and Nicola kept in contact with us on a regular basis liaising between ourselves and the buyers.

Dealing with Julie in Boldon office has been a pleasure from start to finish. She is always polite, attentive and swift to take action. Also Alex who showed us around property twice was so helpful and patient and provided us with loads of useful local information. Great team.

I met the amazing Gillian who was just so down to earth & knows her stuff . Great advice on a complicated sale splitting a lease . I mainly dealt with Kate at the Low Fell office & she kept me updated & was just amazing from start to finish . The whole process with Andrew Craig was great. I viewed a few property’s and have been using them for months before I found my perfect property. Excellent experience selling our home with Andrew Craig Gosforth office. Their approach from start to finish was professional. We were delighted with the price we got for our property and felt it was marketed exceptionally well. The photographs and videos were of great quality, allowing any prospective buyer to see the house as it looks. The sale went smoothly and was completed quicker than expected. I rarely write a review as I'm rarely so impressed and pleased but the support provided by Alex from the Boldon offices truly deserved to be recorded for others to benefit from.
Supporting me and my family in leaving the home we grew together in and helping us navigate the search for our replacement over an extended time line with limited stress ensured this was no horror story we to often hear about.
I could go into the detail of each step of the process but I think what shone through across the entire journey was Alex's experience, straight talking and desire to give the best possible experience for her client.
Finally woth highlighting thatI bought through Andrew Craig and have now sold six years later and could see the difference in comparison to the other agent on both occasions so if we move again in the future there is only one call we'll be making.

We were appointed Andrew Craig through a third party management Company, MoveWithUs (but that’s another review) The solicitors we used for the conveyancing were uncommunicative to say the least. But Andrew Craig staff diligently pushed forward through it all showing that they at least offered a professional service.
My only regret is not appointing them ourselves as communication was officially supposed to go through the third party, which in the end was an impossibility.
I would recommend.

Andrew Craig in Gosforth have recently sold my mums bungalow for me.I was kept well informed every step of the way and everyone was really helpful which made the transaction really easy and stress free.

An excellent service and experience by Julie and the team at Boldon Office. This was my first time purchasing a property and it went smoothly from start to finish. For me, the whole process was around 2 months so quicker than the average house sale. I can't speak for the other offices but I would highly recommend the Boldon Office if you are looking for a property in that area.

Andrew Craig (Sunderland office } were very unprofessional during my attempt to buy a property ,communication was poor and the overall experience was frustrating and disorganised ,one member of staff really let the branch down ,she was rude and talked over you,I wont be dealing with them again based on my experince …..follow on …..Dear Andrew Craig,

Your response does not reflect what actually happened.

My offer was accepted. I then proceeded in good faith and incurred costs for solicitor fees and associated work on the understanding that the sale was agreed, subject to contract.

After this, I was informed the property was no longer available. The property is still being advertised for sale, which makes your explanation even more concerning.

This was not simply about an unsuccessful offer. It was about an accepted offer, money spent on my part, and what I consider to be poor and misleading communication from your office.

I expect honesty and transparency during a property transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Love this estate agent. Andrew Craig deal with both the letting and sale of my property with admirable efficiency and dedication throughout. They are a great friendly and highly professional team. I am very grateful to them for their service and support
