I chose the lightest available because NHS 3wheel was too heavy. I left it the place that I visit . So I bought another one for home because it was perfect for me Whish I had a one sooner it makes such a difference to my mobility

This company is an extremely honest and a great company to deal with. I bought an item from the Amazon on line store. The company dispatched the item promptly. However the courier let the company and I down by failing to deliver the item. Due to my commitments I had to cancel the item and refuse delivery. THIS IS WHERE ANGEL MOBILITY really were exceptional. No hassle just very apologetic and made a complete refund within hours of the issue taking place. I can’t praise or thank the company enough for the empathy and prompt refund.

Wheelchair delivery delayed by one day.
Driver was supposed to ask for a signature, but didn't.
We were in, but having rung doorbell driver ran back to vehicle and drove away.
Very happy with quality of wheelchair however.

Quick delivery, good quality wheelchair perfect for my mum who is in a care home. Fold back foot rests make it so much safer for my mum to get in and out of the chair.

Excellent product, good price, easy to order, arrived so quickly. I needed a 3 wheeled walker with a seat, as the 3 wheeled ones fold easily when you're using public transport. This one is easy to use and the seat is really comfy. I can recommend.

I bought the AMW1866 Lightweight Folding Transit Wheelchair for my 86 year old mam for hospital appointments as it’s getting harder to find one when I go , I have to say it worked a treat , easy to fold and put in the car , then got to hospital and she sat in it I wheeled over 2 x big curbs no problem and was a dream to push around in the hospital, no directional issues went where I wanted it to go , the footrests were great no issues there and the brakes are fine too , delivery was quick and price was good , I would highly recommend this wheelchair if your looking for a lightweight one . If I was picky I would say adjustable push handles would be good as they are slightly low but really not an issue and I would purchase this item again .

I contacted Angel Mobility as I purchased a wheelchair off them and had used it for less than 3 weeks and found the frame to be moving and making my back worse. I was supposed to get a phone call from the owner but this never happened. All I kept getting offered was to return it, this was not going to be easy for me to do. I ended up going to a local disability supplier, who understood my problem straight away and sold me a cushion that took the impact and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the chair, why could Angel Mobility not have suggested this. I wish I had bought from my local mobility supplier as they had the same chairs. Customer service is none existent as far as I am concerned and would not deal with them again. Not cheap when you can't get help with a problem. Same chair would have been £11 more with my local supplier. Lesson learn't the hard way.
