Where do I start with this review. Lets start with and honest recommendation- Do not use this company and strongly advise if you have already then join the queue of people chasing the works to be finished.

I accepted their quote from a charming Sales Manager which was £2.5k over other quotes as Mrs wanted secured company so we had aftercare and support. How wrong we were to give them £8k or our money.

JOB STARTED SEPT 2024 AND AND STILL NOT FINISHED today June 2026. Its a permanent EPDM roof to a 6x5 conservatory only. Was told 3 days work. The roof is shifting making cracks in the ceiling, doors don't open properly now, We get leaking from condensation build up for which a vent was agreed over 12months ago was needed and still no installation. They agree it needs doing each month but never turn up. I use the plasterer now for weekend work after he left the company due to unacceptable work environment and work standards at properties. He did not want association to Anglo anymore as it reputation is really poor.

I am now in the Trading Standards pipeline to take formal action after advice from Citizens Advice. I am well within my rights to have this dangerous ,unstable, shifting roof fully repaired with no risk to further expense. I am determined to seek resolution and hopefully prevent this company from ruining other people projects and safety.

Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish

They take your deposit, and then disappear. Months go by with no communication, until suddenly they reappear, chasing you for more payment. The administrator’s tone is consistently sharp, and the frantic, combative energy turns every interaction into an argument.

While the sales team is undeniably skilled, they come across as judgmental and dismissive. Saying “no” is met with resistance rather than respect. The company’s model is misleading: they sell you the frame and then pass the buck, leaving you to coordinate contractors yourself. You’re not just the customer, you’re the project manager.
I had asked for a pelmet and the administrator told me I couldnt have one and if i did want one id have to pay a £1000+ for it, not including the plastering. In the end I contacted the plasterer myself and asked for his advice. He was lovely. He came over, had a look at it and advise how I could build this myself in order for him to plaster it for just an extra £350. I ended up building the permit myself for just £20 of wood and screws and this aspect looks just how I wanted it now. If I’d followed the advice of the company, I wouldn’t have what I wanted.

Even the contractors don’t speak highly of the company. They’ve seen firsthand how estimates are manipulated to close sales, regardless of the actual scope of work. During construction, some contractors were fine, but others showed little care. My property was left with cement splashed up the side from a mixer.

Worst of all, once the build was complete, I discovered black and green mould spreading throughout the conservatory. I reached out for advice, just nothing. No response. No aftercare. No accountability.

If you’re considering this company, be prepared to chase, manage, and clean up after them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
