AniForte UK  Reviews

Positive customer service very responsive

The products arrived quickly, were well packed, and arrived in pristine condition. Plenty of very understandable information on the website. I would have no hesitation in buying again or recommending the company to others

Have used rose hip syrup before and found it helped my dog. Very happy with the service and can recommend it.

Very good I get it regularly and it arrives quickly

I bought Aniforte Rose Hip Powder for my pug. On receipt I noticed the expiry date was 12/2026 which is much too soon. The first tub I bought which was probably in October 2025 is still in date - expires 01/2027 and I have at least 1 month left. Aniforte arranged for a collection and replacement. The tub was collected by DPD but I have no idea where it was delivered as Aniforte apparently received a box of books instead of the tub of Rose Hip Powder!

I have now received a replacement tub but with the same expiry date of 12/2026. Bearing in mind my first tub would have lasted almost 12 months, this replacement is no good to me. I have now requested a refund and they can again collect the tub received yesterday if they wish.

I can’t blame Aniforte for the error of DPD, but selling a product which will be out of date long before it’s used up is unacceptable, remembering that the first tub I bought from them is still being used 10 months after purchase and I still have at least one months supply remaining.

Efficient in delivery but usage instructions would have helped as regards the amounts to use

Very fast delivery 🚚 Too soon to say how effective the salmon oil is for my dog but I have no reason to think that it won’t be great for his joints and cardiovascular system.

All products and good quality and at a reasonable price

So Far everything is going to my subscription every 8 weeks let's hope the prices stays as it started

No point in having customer service if they dont help

Fast delivery and our fussy eater didn't refuse to eat comes with a scoop .

I've been using Aniforte for years for my French bulldog, who has allergy problems. The food is of very good quality, delivery is very fast, I've never been disappointed. There's a large selection of canned food.

It's simple as easy to use the site and very well written out and good deals on the subscription monthly!

Excellent product which does exactly what it says. Dogbreath no more

I was recommended the Aniforte Algae Oil and have only recently started including in my little terrier’s meals, so can’t make a comment on the effectiveness of the product itself. I can though, compliment the customer service I received when my package wasn’t delivered on time and went missing due to courier issues. The email response was prompt, professional and friendly, and a replacement was sent in the post immediately. What a pleasant change in this day and age. I’m a very happy customer.

I'm a big fan of Aniforte products, they are excellent quality, palatable and easy to use as a health boosting addition to my dogs' diet.

If you put an item in your basket and don’t check out, you will start getting unwanted phone calls asking why you didn’t check out.

Why I didn’t check out is really none of your business! Harassing customers isn’t a good business practice is it?
